Great customer service that made my air ticket purchase so easy and simple in timely manner as well and more over they gave me very reasonable price for my airfare I am very much grateful to specially Mr Raj the customer service person who helped me to get done everything so smoothly so my whole experience was so great to buy my flight ticket and this is my first time to buy from them

The representatives are patient, and listen and cater and customize according to our requests regarding flight dates and times and duration. They work very promptly and make sure to follow up with us for making all the documentation is completed on time.

Help was quick and efficient

I saw quite a few negative reviews (about 15% 1 star rating) when I first checked them out, but balancing those out were some really nice
feedback as well. So, I decided to see for myself. I worked with a gentleman named Abhishek, burning the midnight oil in Delhi, to align his time with our time in the US. He was a pleasure to work with and found a great price for two round trip tickets to India on business class. He also kept me in the loop during the whole process and made the whole experience palatable for me. While on a personal level, I can't complain about the service, on the logistical side, I would suggest that they modify their website and assign a customer number to track your process. Lacking that, I had to wait until the tickets were actually purchased (to get my ticket numbers and confirmation) to monitor the status. They should also link up the customer number with their payment system, so that the customer can manually enter their info into this secure site, rather than verbally giving out such info on the phone, which can potentially lead to a compromised process. This was the only thing that held me up from giving them 5 stars for the ticket purchasing experience. Once I complete my trip, I'll probably have more feedback, especially if I encounter any troubles along the way. Cheers.

We really like working with Mahi with Airtripmaker. She first helped us with our India trip in 2024, and also helped with my husband's India trip and again our India trip for winter of 2025. She is very personable and respects your choices. She will look for the best deals and advise you, but does not push you to make a decision right away or pressurize you. We really enjoy working with Mahi and would highly recommend her!
