Great product and customer service.
I phoned up before I placed the order as I had some questions about the foldable beams. I got some really good advice and very honest comments about the ease of folding the beams up and moving them around. If anything, the beams are actually easier to fold and move than i expected following my conversation with them. It’s a Christmas present so have assembled the beams (very easy for one person to do) but haven’t put them to the test yet. Item delivery went smoothly and within two days of ordering.

Easy to inflate and deflate. The bag to hold the mat is a good size, si you don't have to fight to get it in.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, I received a call on Sunday the day after I ordered to discuss delivery. I then called them after 6pm at night when assembling as I couldn't find a part not expecting an answer but I actually got one. And the part was not missing I just never noticed where it was & I was told straight away where in the packaging it would be. I can honestly say I have never received such amazing customer service.

Excellent service from start to finish
Excellent service from start to finish! Took 2 days. I originally ordered an air track elsewhere and it was dreadful I didn’t even receive the goods and still waiting for a refund 1 mth later as it was a courier issue. I just wish I had used this company in the first instance! My Daughter loves her new track! All in all excellent and would recommend

Top Customer Service
This company has the best customer service I have ever come across. They really do go above and beyond and I will shop with them without hesitation or shopping around next time.
I had lost a part to blow the Airtrack up, and despite being on leave the called me within minutes of me emailing and said he could help me, I received the part a couple of days later.
The Airtrack itself is an excellent piece of equipment. We've had it two years now and it hasn't remotely deteriorated.
I can't sing this companies praises enough.

Excellent service, the best I've had in any online provider. Phonecalls by Airtumble to update when delivery would be made as NI is longer times and then when delivery was made another call to ensure we got our packages left at a neighbours.
