Ordered and paid for Dyson air purifier. I sent something was wrong the moment I read the order confirmation email telling me to be patient. No one says that to a customer and I was right. The company‘s website is now gone. But my credit card company refunded money. Folks always use a credit card.

THIS IS A SCAM SITE. I ordered a split air conditioner in December and it has still not arrived but says it’s on its way. I have messaged the company and got the same copy and paste reply with no update. I ordered before there weren’t any reviews on the site but still used my credit card to pay and I’m so glad I did because I can claim my money back. BEWARE!
Exactly the same as the other reviews, I purchased an ecoflow wave 3 air con unit on 2nd January and no replies, I have phoned but there is no answer and raised the relevant ticket but still no reply. Order just says on its way
I am in exactly the same position I ordered the Dyson Purifier on the 29th of December and I’ve had nothing back apart from one email saying the same thing as everyone else .
Having the same experience as Jassal, paid in full for the dyson purifyer and then the seller goes quiet, they seemed so genuine in the process of buying, lots of helpful communication and all the right receipt emails etc. I paid as a transfer and so have the 'store managers' name and bank details. How can we proceed to get our money back Jassal?
Completely waste of time and money. Paid in full for Dyson Big and Quiet on 17 December, still no date for delivery although there are in stock on their website.
For last 2 weeks the update on their website is ‘on the way’.
