To spray or not to spray

4 automatic spray in a few days

It doesn’t spray and therefore it doesn’t make room smell

I thought the product was faulty and so did the shop hence on 4th unit. It’s just poor design which isn’t fit for purpose

Rang Airwick. Well they didn’t have a clue

Total waste of time and money. I’ll stick to candles

Clearly made in Chernobyl

Bought 'winter walks' air freshner spray by Stacey Solomon. Oh good god!! Avoid at all costs. How this stench got past testers is beyond me or did it not have to as a Z lister 'invented' this toxic pong. Obviously used to get rid of nasty smells in the bathroom/loo, but dear lord, when mixed with the whiff of faecal matter, it honks to high heaven or should i say hell as the spray, i am sure, is straight from Satan's bum 'ole. I'd rather use nothing and just breathe the sweet smell of my own movements. The spray is toxic, disgusting and does not smell like any walk i have ever had and I live in the countryside.
Clearly Stacey Solomans olfactory senses are not working, or that after one sniff it was better smelling than Joe Swash.
A big fat no from me. Remove from all shelves immediately

Tried to complain on their website but…

Tried to complain on their website but found it impossible and all they seemed interested in was signing me up for their newsletter. The last plug in I purchased the bottle cracked and burnt the paint off my skirting board and stained my laminate flooring . Obviously this does not interest this company quite as much as the newsletter does, so here ends my association with this company where customer care has no place in their organisation.

If you like only sickly floral smells

If you like only sickly floral smells, you'll like the airwick scents.
I picked the ones that I thought would be okay, but urgh! Once they spray into the air. Yuk!
Why they don't do some woody, earthy scents is bizarre

I bought four automatic air fresheners…

I bought four automatic air fresheners about six months ago and they have all stopped working ,I dont think that is good enough they should last at least a year.I wont be buying any more air wick products. One thing that is quite strange is that they all stopped working within days of each other obviously I did try new batteries but to no avail its almost as if they are programmed to fail within a certain period ,I have now ordered some more robust commercial units with a years warranty which are more expensive (22pounds) but may work out cheaper in the long run.

dont buy rip off

well what can i say grinding sprayers and cans that leak spray from bottom of stick out bit,and to add insult to injury a false claim to lasting 70 days,i would laugh but i just clocked the price and its gone way up and am trying to think how are these worth more money.I recommend that everyone goes on to the cheaper brands as some do last longer,or use a walk around can and spray when needed.these sprayers need batteries, they can be quite noisy and paying over 4 pound for 2 cans was expensive but now shops wanting over 5 or 6 pound and other shops 8 quid.Wheres the goverment in all of this .Is this not a issue for some investigation. It says let airwick know your review lol they dont get back to anyone anyway.

Selling you a 6 for a 9 - 'Air Wick'

Airwick smellies are indeed a welcome scent in any room. I have purchased sprays and plug-in oils a plenty over the years. However, when I last bought 6 x plugin refills (3 packs of 2) with assurance they last 'up to 3 months' I was somewhat shocked when within 2 weeks all but one of the filters had run out of oil. All were set to middle part of dial. 2 weeks!! Not 3 months. Either there's a technical issue with some of these plug ins or this is false advertising.

Truly disappointed and will now look to cheaper supermarket brands and see if they stand the test of time. Airwick should drop the 'Air' and be call just 'Wick'. Something smells and it's not roses.

30/08 No response sums up this rip off, distinctly ugly, smelly company. Air Wick charges but does not deliver value.

I bought three air fresheners…

I bought three air fresheners aerosol-free In eucalyptus the problem was that every time you went into the room and it sprayed it would leave a disgusting taste in your mouth to a point where my son and I were nearly sick I’ve put them up high thinking it was to near but it still didn’t matter I actually thought these would be good due to the price being so high and now I’ve wasted my money has anyone else experienced this

Product did not work

I recently purchased 2 Airwick Essential mist diffusers. Unfortunately, neither of them worked. I contacted customer services who gave me the run around for over a week with many phone calls (all from me) They requested photos which I duly sent, only to get a message that their inbox was full!. I informed them of this and was told to send the photos one by one as their system did not accept more than one photo at a time!
I was told I would receive vouchers to the value of the diffusers but yesterday received £15 which does not even cover 1 replacement.
Very poor customer service. I will not be replacing the diffusers, I will spend the vouchers on another Airwick product and then stay well away from any of the Airwick products. Very disappointed.

Trigger's Brush

Stinks (or rather, it doesn't). Freshmatic is an utter con-job. Replace batteries, replace units - makes no difference. Like Trigger's brush, you can replace all the parts - only difference is that Trigger's brush works. Airwick clearly must be aware of their product's design faults, and have decided that this important top-selling sub-brand can ride this out and not affect overall market position. Well, you've lost me forever; and I suspect many more - a big surprise for whoever takes over as Marketing Director methinks.

Useless product, and unprofessional services

Disappointing. Emailed company to inform them that product appears to be faulty, and is not misting as before. No reply from them regarding this issue, not very helpful at all. Would not be buying this product again, very disappointed and unprofessional as they don’t even acknowledge your messages.

What on earth has happened to Air Wick plug ins?

I have been using the Air Wick plug ins and refills in excess of ten years. Visitors would always comment how nice my home smelled as I had one positioned in all of the downstairs rooms and on the upstairs landing. The new formula product, in my opinion, is basically water. It will smell, maybe for two days, three at a push, then nothing. It doesn't matter what setting you have the warmer set to. I have purchased new warming plugs thinking that perhaps mine were past their best and not working as they should. No difference. The proof is, I found some of the old formula plug in refills that I had put away in a drawer, ten days on and my home still smells beautiful. I get so fed up with companies re-formulating their products, the advertising blurb telling you that you are getting either a new and improved version or perhaps a more environmentally improved version. The reality is that it is either smaller or more inferior. I am sorry Air Wick but in the case of your plug ins it is the latter. Once my current plug ins have gone, that will be it, they will all get binned. With the cost of energy nowadays, what is the point of purchasing expensive refills and paying the energy cost to run them when they make absolutely no difference to the smell of my home. An absolute disgrace of a product which is such a shame as they used to be so good.
