FAKE FAKE FAKE and a waste of your money. This program CANNOT recover deleted files from Snapchat or any other program! They promise they can, but it is a scam! Stay away from scams!

managed to satisfy my my request in a rather quick time by reset the code after I wrongly uninstall the item.

I use Aiseesoft to read for the visually impaired and have used the software for over 5 years. Any issue that I have had has been addressed by the company and I have lost few days of reading due to the software. Keep in mind, I use only the audio recording portion of the software and know little about other functions

I have used the 'blu-ray player' for years. Each time I have problems the customers service team offer their help at the soonest possible and with greatest patience. ( I am not knowlegeable user of computer).

I've used these products for quite some time and have found them very useful and the customer service has been exceptional.

Great product - Can now make cool ringtones for my iPhone 15 Plus - Great pricing - Great support - Had an issue with my original code not working after OS reinstall, contacted support and Reggy assisted me straight away.

Use the free trail and it didn’t work. A message from website says purchase latest version to be compatible and download ITunes (I was completely confused about what iTunes as to do it with it).

So I purchased product and still it didn’t recover the information that I was looking for.
Than I reach out to apple support team they also couldn’t help recover the information.

I end up remembering that I had save a duplicate information in one of mine email account, so I was relieved that I had found the information. Than I requested refund and answer all of their questions but they still was giving me the around about. The good thing that I purchased it through PayPal. I never had issues when purchasing items from other countries on PayPal and plus I am able keep track of purchases. Question is will Pay Pal will be able to get my refund back. I am currently waiting.

So, now I'm officially part of the club testing this “awesome” product. Honestly, there’s nothing groundbreaking about it—in fact, out of the five AI upscaling options, only one is available, and it's slow and, at best, barely functional. Seems like the company just wants your cash, because they’re not interested in actually supporting or improving the product. Wish I'd read the reviews here before shelling out for a month’s subscription. Now I’m hoping for a refund, but I’m not holding my breath.

The product works very well, but what makes it much better is the support that the company gives us, always trying to solve problems, giving us feedback, this ends up adding a lot of value to the product, I highly recommend it.

I purchased the Aiseesoft iPhone Unlocker, specifically for the Wipe Passcode function. Download, running the AP and user interface are all good experiences. I was attempting to wipe the passcode on an iPhone 12. The app couldn't complete the wipe passcode process, which was a little disappointing, however, I emailed Aiseesoft straight away and their support was back to me in a few hours. This is where my story is very good. These guys actually get a full 5 out 5 star review for their support service. Turns out that their time zone is at least 5 hours behind mine, so there was a time lag between communications, but I can work with that. Much to my surprise and satisfaction, Aiseesoft support took my application error seriously. They went to work to fix their bug straight away - within hours. It did take a few iterations of updated software to get the app to complete the password wipe, but when it did, the easy-to-use App worked as advertised. Once passcode was wiped, you still need the password for the last connected icloud account to change to a new icloud account, I had that. I am a very happy customer. Simply outstanding support with respect to responsiveness, wanting to attend to the issue and getting the job done. I really wanted to give these guys a 4.5 star rating. I did have to knock the rating back a bit as the app did not work first time around. Overall, I have had a good customer experience. Thanks Aiseesoft support - legendary service.

I bought the product but could not activate it.
I had to buy from another company so I could do what I had to do.
I send them an email with the screenshot of the problem and asking for the refund. They told me that I had to download the program again and also run another program to prove that I had this issue.
They are total pirates.

iPhone Unlocker for Mac from Aiseesoft does not actually do the Apple ID removal process, it's only provides some minor preparatory work before and after using third-party software for Jailbreak like checkra1n. Support just answers "Sorry for the inconvenience, and hope you can understand." in every mail. Company does not make a refund as promised even if program did nothing to solve your problem.

If you think you may ask for refund in the next few days after purchase, think twice before you make payment. Basically you can't get anything back, and what you get will be wasted time.

to be honest. the first impression was not 100% score. I tried to move my whatsapp data from android phone to iphone(damn google drive & icloud barrier, can't you two use onedrive?). using whatsapp in china is like a pain in the ass, so logging in & out wasn't smooth as expected. 1st time when i use WAsync, it transfer the list but not the content. BUT! i contacted the supprt team which was liaised by Reggy. after some troubleshooting, i finally got everything from android to ios. thanks to the team! thank the team.

The product is easy to use, very user friendly. Tech support was great. Tried to help me in every way possible. Shea was very helpful. I will recommend this product.
