I primarily use FoneTrans to transfer Apple Music(iTunes) from a computer to a iPhone, and it worked perfectly for me. One of the best features is that you can transfer from an iPhone or iPad to Apple Music, which you cannot do in AppleMusic. There have a few situations where I needed to transfer music to an iPhone that AppleMusic just wasn’t working right. FoneTrans to the rescue!

Also, the support has been good. My email requests have been responded to and resolved in a timely manner. Yes, I would recommend to a friend.

There is no 30 day refund... I learned it wasn't what I needed and tried to return it with about 10mins

Terrible! their software does not work and they are laying to you about the money back guarantee. They would acknowledge that there was an issue in their iPhone recovery and even in this way they would not refund. SCAM!!!! SCAM!!!!

I wish I could give this lot 1/2 a star and even that would be generous! I purchased a very basic Audio converter Aiseesoft for Mac app yesterday, it is meant to convert video to mp3's.
Not only does it not work on any video format, they won't give me my $43 refund! And I have a brand new computer so it is not a computer issue. And get this complaints go to a bot, that's it! You don't even get to communicate with a human. Avoid this mob

I echo another person who posted here. I have been asking for a refund for the iPhone data recovery that apparently deletes all your data once recovered. I have been talking to them for months they still are refusing to refund me my monies. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, SAVE YOUR MONEY!

I tried to recover video files that were larger than 1 GB, so I had to purchase the software.
The software recovered some of the video files. The recovered files are no longer possible to play in a video player.

As you mentioned that you have operated your computer after the data is lost, we need to explain that there are some situations that will rewrite the data of your computer.

a. When your computer is running the background programs.

b. When you use your computer to download or save files.

Generally speaking, all of the recovery software retrieving the data depends on the special database which will record all your deleted data.

However, the special database just has a small space. When the memory is full, the latest data will cover the former data automatically.

In this case our software cannot recover data which has been overwritten or covered.

Since our product is special and lost/deleted data can be easily overwritten, we offer Trial-Before-Purchase service to help uses confirm whether the lost/deleted data can be recovered before purchase. The data found is what can be recovered with our software.

This company is a scam. I have pay for the iPhone data recovery product. It costs £70 which is not worthy but I was impatient to recover my data. And It didn’t help anything. They said it can recover all the data even though you didn’t backup. It’s fake and when I realised this is too late. I have sent emails to request refund, they keep delaying and unwilling to refund which is rouge. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, SAFE YOUR MONEY!

Ok we had 3 devices that ended up being paperweights.
We read some online articles, chose Aiseesoft and now have those devices working again.
It was easy to use and I’ve recommended it to friends and family.

The Screen Recorder product has many features. Within the first 5 minutes I was able to capture and edit some family video. Initially I paid for the wrong download. Customer service is Five Star also

Aiseesoft Video Converter (AVC) offers a streamlined approach to video encoding.
- The UI is clean and intuitive.
- The integrated editor allows you to cut, crop a video before encoding it. The settings can also be propagated to all video queues, which is much appreciated for batch encoding.
- You can trim file without the need for transcoding by leveraging '120x Faster Conversion'
- The standalone metadata editor allow cover image to be merged with video. AFAIK, only AVC archive this without transcoding video again.
- If you have a HEDT, at lease two instances can be run at the same time.
- Customer support is very responsive and kind.
What I look forward in future release:
- A better AV1 encoding, ideally based on Intel SVT-AV1 is much appreciated. SVT allows much better resource utilization on many-core system, and can speed up the performance.

it is the best program that i had used for editng video and very simple and fast

and this is my fourth year using this softwear and i did't face any proplems with useing it
