Aisle Planner - Do Not Pay Through This Platform

Aisle Planner is helpful for planning, but I had a payment issue. When entering my bank details (twice for verification), the platform truncated the last digit, causing the ACH payment to fail and triggering a $50 fee. The system also timed out a second time. I contacted both the company and FullStream, but they dismissed the issue without investigating, said the fee still applies, and closed the case. Do not pay using them. Use other means.

Disorganized wedding planning platform…

Disorganized wedding planning platform with zero user friendliness. Constant annoying email notifications and hard to communicate with planners. It was absolute disaster. Honestly the company shouldn't charge clients with such low quality platform.
