Appleton IT Solutions is a newly established Computer Sales and Repairs shop based in Pontefract, West Yorkshire. With many years of experience and access to great products and prices, we pride ourselves in being able to provide a value-added computer sales service. Here at AIT we believe in fair, honest and transparent pricing and operate on a fixed fee labour basis. Advice is completely free, small tasks are a Lite £25, routine tasks a Standard £50 and new computer builds/major changes just an extended £100. All new materials are charged at cost without a markup for builds and come with a 12 month warranty from us in addition to any manufacturer warranties offered. In the interest of transparency do note we have a 20% restocking fee on any opened returns that aren't faulty. As part of our service, we always discuss any replacement hardware with you including any alternatives and we will never perform a repair without your approval. In the event you don't want us to carry out any repair then only a Lite £25 fee is charged for our time. Payments can be made by bank transfer, online card payment or by cash and are payable prior to collection of your item.See more
