First off, I’m going to give credit when due. Aitubo has some of the best picture generation and selection on the planet, arguably. Their music generator is top tier, with the exception of voice cloning and inspiration features. Their video generation is mid, it’s either hit or miss on it. However, the parameters between their SFW and NSFW generators are sometimes confusing and inconsistent. Even with these inconsistencies, I would still rate Aitubo as 1 of the best AI Image generators on the market, but their customer service is so horrible, it needs to be studied. Like, you have to not try at all to have a customer service as ineffective as theirs. To be honest, I don’t think they care. You would think after months of complaints of people saying the same thing, someone would have stepped up and increased their availability/response time and/or made changes to these features. Maybe even made a video or an article addressing these concerns. Nope, we still have nothing. I won’t tell anyone not to get on Aitubo but I will tell them to be wary of them.

Suddenly stopped allowing any nudity at all. No warning of the changes. Will not be continuing my monthly subscription. There are better generators out there for non-nude creations.

Used to be great at creating AI images. But now with all the censoring of prompts, you cant even use words like chest, sensual, provocative etc etc. Even old images that you have already created are now locked out. Used to be great, now...its useless. Cancelled my subscription

If I could give this 0 stars, I would. I warn anybody who’s looking at getting this service to go to their discord and look into their support threads. No one is being helped, no refunds are being given, they have taken away thousands of images from many users and they are not responding to anyone, or explaining why.

This service is a scam and needs to be shut down.

I subscribed for a year, because I had the ability to use NSFW models. All was working well for... a week then they removed those models and are censoring everything. I can no longer access my old pictures which are considered sensitive. Multiple refund requests, nothing yet.

I'd been using NSFW models for 8 months or so, then all of a sudden they all stopped working...they now give a message saying 'This prompt cannot do NSFW', even though the Aitubo models list actually SAYS 'NSFW' on those models.

BE VERY careful! Very quickly changes to yearly subscription! They do not offer refunds after 7 days! They do not respond to any communication and their fine print will see PayPal siding with them.

I obviously understand blocking certain words and actions with ai. But this was just too much. it literally would not let me generate any ai video with a human. it blocked me every time and said i was not obeying by there policy no matter how hard me and my chat gpt made our prompts appropriate... Every word is flagged literally, I was just trying to generate some videos for my business. I wasted money.

I can't see the nsfw test work in free subscription. I don't buy without trial.

False sign up cost me $540.00. It’s a horrible trap. Horrible AI. THERE ARE LINKS THAT Automatically SIGN YOU UP AND STEAL YOUR INFO. A MONTH LATER YOU SRE CHARGED $540. Do not touch this site!

Don't do it. Signed up for a month but got charged for a year($545). No response for customer service. Fighting it through paypal now. Seems to no avail.

I only signed up for a free test phase to try their AI tool. It didn’t work properly, so I canceled right away and asked for a refund. They never replied.

Almost a year later, they charged my card again without permission – for a full year subscription I never agreed to. Their “support” uses a Hotmail address and ignores all messages. No refund, no help, nothing.

This is clearly a fraudulent business model – they lure people in with a test phase, ignore cancellations, and keep charging your account.

Avoid this company at all costs. They operate under different names and likely from Asia, hiding behind fake contact details.
Pure scam. Do not trust them.

can we give negative stars - this is a scam site ----doesn't work and no way to contact or get refund

The Aitubo images to video works ok for my needs. But there are no working customer service when something goes wrong. Now it seems like my money is lost because I can't generate videos at Aitubo any longer.

Do not use. Scam.

This company is a scam. They tricked me into a yearly subscription without consent, when I thought I was getting a one-time $15 asset. It's been going on for 2 years now and they stole a total of $576 through a fake ‘recurring payment.’ They ignore all messages and emails, and their website blocks you from canceling. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM @aitubo.

**AVOID** Beyond woeful. Avoid at all costs. As others have said, I inadvertently signed up for a year ($280). I quickly realised that the quality was very, very poor and got in touch asking for a refund explaining that A) the quality is very poor and B) i didn't intend to sign up for a year and beleived I was signing up for a monthly subscription. I have had absolutely zero control despite repeated attempts from me to get in touch. Stay well clear!

accendently did 2 payments on 1 accounts one monthly and one yearly nog i pay 15€ per month and 156€ a year and they never respond to emails about this incident. The service is bad

I just wanted to buy a month today, 26/06/2025, to see what it was like. They charged me for a year's subscription, so I was not very impressed. I have cancelled today, so if they don't return my money, I will lodge a complaint via PayPal.

Service was not as described. Images significant lower quality. Closed my account. Lost all my credits when my account was closed. Asked for refund, since it wasn’t as described and also because I lost my credits, and they refused. Escalated a case with PayPal, and they even went so far as to challenge the case, uploading large documents with lengthy appeal letters. PayPal decided the case in their favor. Apparently they care more about keeping my $15, then they do about keeping their reputation. Because here’s a negative review, which I’m sure will cost them more than $15.
