I am a long time customer with Aixue. It never failed my expectations. Lately I ordered brainpop during Christmas holiday and someone immediately helped me with account setup. My kid got the access within minutes. Amazing customer service as always!

A considerate school
Classes started at Aixue during the epidemic. I tried the math, reading, and programming classes and had a very satisfying experience. Many competitions have been held recently, which are both a good source of information and put activities into practice, saving parents a lot of worries. There are also many group purchases for well-known software members. This is a very considerate organization.

Overall good but hope some improvement
Firstly, customer service is very good. My agent Tiffany is always available for help. Secondly, the price is pretty reasonable. However, you don’t get chance to try classes, so it is kind of by luck if you will get a good teacher. I have done several classes for both kids, some of them kids like it, some of them not. Another thing I don’t like is they don’t provide class recordings unless you missed that class, in which case the recording will be sent to you and available for some days.
