Have been using this garage now for three years.
Initially, using them only for body work repairs or work beyond my scope (diagnosis, electrical & MOT). Usually, I do as much work on my own car as possible due to lack of trust and being ripped off in the past.

I now happily hand over my car for regular maintenance too as it saves me time and they quoted me lower prices than local garages & main dealer.

The dad really knows his stuff and has given me some great tips for my project cars to get them running & maximise performance. I always feel welcome. Great family business :)

I was really unhappy about the scratches on my car following a recent incident. Called Ajay Auto yesterday and was greeted by a polite gentleman that immediately put me at ease and suggested I bring the car in the following. I called again today and I was pleased to learn that they were expecting me which hasn't been my experience with other places who can forget. I took my car in and got such helpful advice. Most of the scratches were polished out for me there and then for free! I was advised that rather than spending anything on repairs now I should consider doing so closer to the time I want to sell.
So rare to deal with people that are sincerely trying to help and very transparent about costs involved.
Being a woman, I also really appreciated how comfortable I felt at the garage. The very least I could do was to leave a review to share my experience.

I took my Tesla Model 3 to AjayAutos in Southall for diagnostics. All they had to do was put it on the ramp and find out what the issue was. Instead, Waseem insisted it needed to be stripped and wouldn't give me a clear answer on what needed to be done. It felt like he was trying to take advantage of my situation. After taking my car to another mechanic, I found out there was nothing wrong with it and the problem is now resolved. I wouldn't recommend Ajay Autos at all. I even saw them swearing at people in the street, which is highly unprofessional. Definitely avoid these guys.

The team at Ajay motors are brilliant in what they are doing. having a fault in My Disco 5 engine, i was put across them by my extended warranty service for a full diagnostics and repair. Waseem and Ovaiz have been really exceptional and professional in delivering the service required and kept me updated along the whole process until the job was completed. I must say the car is now driving like new and i will be returning to them for all my car repairs and MOT in future. I would like to once again thank the team Ajay Motors for their service.

First time using this garage for my Range Rover and after experiencing issues for a number of months, they were able to diagnose it within a few days and fix it once the parts arrived. Car has been running like new since then.

From start to finish they were brilliant and I have a new garage that I have utmost confidence it.

Always an excellent experience at Ajay Autos, been looking after our BMW's and Range Rovers for a long time. Warm, friendly, courteous and above all open and transparent from start to finish - which is rare in the garage industry. Highly recommended.
