Products I received were well made 12x12 A frame castles not sure if you will beat value for money.
However would say there is a lack of communication between the office and the workshop.
My order was not made to the specs I requested.
This is unfortunate as since purchased another 12 units elsewhere.

Absolutely terrible. No invoice. Missing products. Poor quality. Yes it cheap but my god do you get what you pay for. I waited months and months for my order and Andy was arrogant throughout. I'm a new business and am majorly out of pocket with no product to show for it, still missing whole inflatables and artwork. No refund. No response via telephone or email. Disgrace. I don't know how this company is still operating because everyone I've spoke to has raised red flags and advised steer clear, unfortunately for me it was too late.

I ordered a giant snakes and ladders from this company, paid in full. I contacted them 2 weeks after payment to see when this would be delivered. They informed me they could not complete this order. They offered 2 alternatives (one more expensive) the other (for girls only). I kindly declined the alternatives and asked for a full refund. They asked for payment details which I provided. Since then, no refund been given, no response to my emails or enquiry. Unable to talk to them on the phone. This company taken my money.

I can't believe I saw a do not recommend. Some people just can't please. Called and was offered a good deal for what I was looking for also done some alterations and didn't add to the cost. The waiting time was kept and I was contacted on time to collect. I had myself a few issues going forward. AJL was very understanding and didn't pressurise me in the slightest. Went to collect my product was offered delivery but am nosey and like to see how these are built. What I can say is I had a smooth process from Starr to finish always professional and very helpful. Loaded my van. The Products I have received are to a very high standard everything is in order and also the graphics are alot better than other companies I use. I will be using AJL again and would recommend to anyone in the industry or looking to start. Well done guys keep up the amazing work

I have had a dreadful experience with this company regarding the inflatable purchased from them. Having quite a large order, I hoped to cooperate with AJL for years. As a new business owner I was happy with the initial prices and order delivered. However, it is sad to say that 2 of the purchased bouncy castles started to rip-off just 2 months after it use. After having it repaired it was also confirmed that the material used for the inflatable is one of the cheapest and would not even last for a season.
As it is claimed that all inflatables have a year of warranty-this was not proven in our experience.
They are taking time answer emails, explaining that the damages cannot be seen and there are no issues with the inflatables and that the signs presented are normal: “ I cannot see from your pictures the problem, except 3 months of wear and tear. “ Where 3 months of wear is not even 20 times of rental for this inflatable. I have used other inflatable companies in the UK who were far superior. I made a complaint to the head of this company & he has also ignored me despite promising an investigation into my concerns. They may have good prices but the customer service is none existent.And finally as a result of my complaint the company refused to help me any further and the reviews are getting reported. I would avoid to buy any inflatables here

I ordered the package kit, I spent over £1000 for it, They lost track of my order when i was chasing it up they were unsure. Then when it eventually arrives, groundsheet missing, and a mat missing. I asked about these, they said groundsheet out of stock! oh so thats it then, its out of stock but dont say anything then i had to chase it up and then never arrived when they said it would!! then i noticed a mat is missing and they just said, did i order a mat its not on the order!!! THE ORDER IS A COMPLETE KIT WITH THE FOLLOWING Blower

You need to get it sorted out, or Im rejecting the entire order, not happy that ive not been able to use the castle since i have not ground sheet, and had used it first time not noticing you had forgot to put it in my order paid for. what is going to be done about this, really you should offer a free items for all the trouble caused. UPDATE. they sent out the groundsheet and guess what, an ODD mat, so now i have two mats that are odd in colour and size, then i got told i can just use the castle on grass and dont need mats!!! I PAID FOR A COMPLETE KIT WITH THE MATS GUYS!!!! naturally Im annoyed at the service and messing around but even got told off for showing frustration. No apology for the mess ups either. NOT A GOOD START OR END TO A PROBLEM. They said they will collect the wrong mat and send the right one out for me so thanks.
