We do not usually make comments on social media but we were so impressed with this Company that we made an exception.
We were chauffered by Alistair to a wedding in Birmingham. He arrived promptly with a clean and comfortable car. He even provided blankets and water for our use. He handled our luggage with care and even carried it into the Hotel for us. We had a minor hiccup at the Hotel and he even took steps to sort that out aswell. Nothing was too much trouble for him. We would certainly use the Company for our future journeys and wish him well.

We have used AJM Travel several times in the past few months, each time we received excellent service. The driver went over and above, maintaining good communication from booking to pick up. Pricing is very competitive and can highly recommend this service.

I recently used a AJM Travel for a return trip from Swansea to Bristol Airport with my family. The driver was incredibly polite and friendly throughout the journey. They were also very punctual, arriving right on time as scheduled. The communication was excellent, with clear and timely updates provided. I would highly recommend this service for anyone needing a reliable and pleasant travel experience.

Really easy service. Our flight was delayed on the return but Alister kept in touch with us and we were picked up easily once through the airport. Highly recommend

Clear, quick communication, and reasonable prices. Alastair was knowledgeable about the area and well versed in recommendations of places to dine or visit. The vehicle was roomy and comfortable. He came prepared with water bottles and umbrellas. Very detail oriented and professional.

I cannot recommend this service enough….excellent, professional driver who is prepared to go the “extra mile” to meet all your needs!!

My wife and I have recently had very good experiences with A J M Travel.
We were picked up at Gatwick at a rather early hour one morning last week by the ever cheerful Alastair and then had a very smooth and efficient drive back home to Swansea, South Wales. We had had a long 12+ hour flight so we were very tired but the long car journey back home was very comfortable and the time passed very quickly. As I said when parting with Alastair I am sure that we will wish to use his services again. Of course I should also mention that we had had a very good drive to Gatwick with Lee, one of Alastair's colleagues on our outward journey.

We used AJM Travel for a return from Swansea to Heathrow Airport for our first USA tour. Alastair is the most professional driver we have ever dealt with from his appearance, his time keeping and his general service. He ensured that all our needs were catered for, specifically our luggage needs having to take a variety of musical instruments which he handled with the upmost care. Alastair certainly went above and beyond, and it felt like a truly luxurious service and we will be using him again and recommending him to friends and family. The best you will get.

I use many Airport transfer companies in my role sending staff overseas. My experience has always been ok but often impersonal.
