Absolutely over the moon with my ring , I had a ruby which belonged to my aunt it was set in a necklace (a bit old fashioned) and she passed it on to me , I asked Kiran if he could put the stone into a ring for me and I couldn’t be any more pleased with the outcome , he designed everything sent me photos and I got the finished ring back today and it’s absolutely stunning it brought a tear to my eye as this is so sentimental to me , a big thank you to Kiran and the team at AKA bespoke ❤️

Kiran was incredible with my great-grandparents engagement ring. We spoke everything out over multiple phone calls/appointments and the end result was gorgeous - I am so happy with AKA Bespoke Jewellers and couldn't recommend them more!

Fantastic service and an amazing peice of jewellery! The bog standard High Street was just not cutting it for me. I contacted AKA and never looked back. Great advice, reliable and wonderful craftsmanship.
My budget was average/modest and I feel like I got a really bang for my buck! Also no one else has the same peice of jewellery:)

I honestly did not know what to expect as I had been recommended AKA Jewellers by a friend of a friend.
I had A necklace 2 bangles and a pair of earrings all of which where of Indian origin and I wanted 3 rings making from the jewellry. One for me and one each for my two daughters.
My input was actually negligible as all I knew was to use the jewels and gold in original product.
Kiran was extremely personable and approachable, and produced 3 perfect extremely personal rings, however I have say the main ring for myself is exactly 'me', stands out but not too gushing!
There are also jewels left from original pieces Kiran has suggested making a pendant.
So So happy!

Person who seemed to be the owner / most senior staff member was very rude, aggressive and openly sexist towards my wife (the person who was essentially his customer?) when we went in to discuss an anniversary bespoke jeweler purchase. Would have been a very expensive piece, so dread to think how he'd have treated people looking to make 'regular' purchases!

I had a bespoke ring made for my partner for her birthday. The whole process working with Kiran was a joy.
His advice for the piece was irreplaceable as I was asking for an unusual commission that other jewellers told me couldn’t be done.
Can not recommend high enough.
Hope to work alongside Kiran again in the future on my next piece.

Very rude, aggressive and unprofessional. I wanted a quote for a custom piece of jewellery and simply asked a few normal, polite questions. The response was as if I had personally offended them, I got not one but two huge emails shouting at me for 'compromising' their design process (which I can't do, when I haven't asked them to make anything yet!) and belittling me for what I wanted made.

I was absolutely astounded - I would avoid unless you enjoy being spoken to like an moron. Try Jenny Jones instead, who make the process fun and who have basic customer service skills :)

Excellent advice, workmanship and prices on various pieces of jewellery i have brought, from small silver pieces to diamond rings and watches.
