This site will only grow stronger easy to use and no problems with deposits and withdrawals. For anyone occurring problems clearly they must have multiple accounts or doing something they should not be!!! Easy to use and very friendly customer service and quick anyone think this site is bad must be the problem themselves...

Anthony's not a bad sort, he's provided good entertainment in picking off Monday golf tipsters on twitter and as a member of some advantage play websites.

That being said, he heavily promotes this venture as offering big limits and being different from the standard bookmaker, going on a few podcasts specifically tailored to advantage players to advertise same.

In my experience, all it took was three bets on snooker matches ranging from £50-£100 at prices readily available on oddschecker with multiple firms for the account to become virtually redundant. No arbs, no standout prices.

Before I could say Jiminy Christmas, I was sending in £50 on 2/1 shots, waiting ten minutes for the trader to answer and being offered a fiver.

To be fair when I requested a withdrawal I got it without any messing about, which is what keeps AKBets out of the Unibet one star zone.

Just a very disappointing experience all around when you consider that this is the exact behaviour Anthony condemned in trying to establish a customer base.

Dreadful company. Opened an account. Won about £400 on a few shorties. Then they suspended my account and didn't even tell me what they had done. On questioning them they said "business decision". Joke of a company. AKBETS always reply saying "this name is not on our customer database" What an excuse to use all the time. Pathetic by AKbets. 23k customers ? very funny. A negative is review is always followed by THIS NAME IS NOT ON OUR DATABASE. When a positive review is posted this is always a definite customer. Bunch of charlatans

Thought I would give a review purely on the basis of the absolute cocky replies everyone is getting.

AKBets closed my account during Cheltenham and refused to pay out a £50 free bet.

Went to IBAS who made them reopen and allow me to the place the bet. Felt very good, especially seeing their replies to everyone.

Stating your company is going strength to strength, I will take great pleasure knowing when your company ceases to exist.

HAHAH enjoy your company going under. Go cry more cause IBAS over ruled you.

This is a good punting site it offers better odds on golf 90 percent of the time it’s not afraid to take a decent bet and the withdrawal is fast within 2 hrs what more can I say 🤷🏻‍♂️ohh yes the communication is sorted to , you usually find punters who moan usually are betting more and losing more than they can afford

Good luck to you attracting this clientele. The fact that you are actively paying for positive reviews in the replies is highly dubious on Trustpilot too.

The technical elements: The website/app is limited, the offering of markets is extremely limited and in running seems to be nearly impossible without a delay. The positive was that pre event the odds were relatively good and the payouts are fast.

This guy below can't seem to control himself with the replies. Now he's threatening to break Data Protection regulations and making snide comments on my historical positive reviews of a Pharmacy, even something about the time of the review to deflect. Some more corny jokes with vitriol thrown in that reflect their true mentally and lack of class. You should never wrestle with a pig because you'll both get dirty and the pig likes it. The guy writing these is clearly a consummate professional. Trust at your peril.

Yeah right, absolute joke of a firm.
Every and I mean EVERY bet gets referred to traders for what seems like a lifetime and then gets rejected or lower prices offered.
There's no point being Black Type on oddschecker if you don't want to lay a bet. Premier league darts tonight, bet reoffered to £20.
Just been put to s.p. only on horses as well and they still gets referred!
Wouldn't mind but the main guy behind it is always on social media giving it the big I am, joker and a charlatan.
As the previous reviewer said It is a pity how the site/ business is being operated, all smoke and mirrors.

Every bookmakers lazy response to call someone an arber, how do you arb sp Win lucky 15's please tell?
And previous to that not 1 single bet was an arb, some shortened later in the day, some drifted but NEVER an arb when placed.
A bit of honesty would go a long way.

Joined aka bet this morning after seeing the positive reviews and am a regular watcher of the racing post golf podcast.
Great app and the withdrawal times is amazing. I withdrew €20 an got it within 1 hour, amazing service.

I was really pleased to see a firm putting their head above the parapet and offering attractive prices, most notably on Usyk Vs Fury - around 103%
I can’t tell you how shocked I was when bets of £25 on high profile boxing events were referred to a trader, rejected and prices changed. Shortly after my account was heavily restricted and closed the following day with an active balance, I had to email to get my balance processed…
Not sure how any company can operate like this, I was a big supporter of Anthony and how he has worked up the ladder and it’s sad to see his business is run like this.

RESPONSE - I am not sure how I can retrieve my account number when I am unable to log in?
To be honest, I’m happy to swerve this, I have looked at the other reviews and all you seem to do is call everyone an arb player.

Very smooth site to use no crashes or slow loading like others,

Trader chat is never a long wait time when I’ve needed them and staff actually listen to the problem and help not just say they can not help or please wait a period of time and come back,

I’ve had multiple withdrawals paid within a hour and one or two within 12 hours so no complaints there.

My KYC check was done within 15 minutes.

I have no complain that I can think of other than Esports not being on the site but that can be forgiven because everything else works so well.

Very good. Better website than most and by a distance the best customer service of any online bookmaker I’ve dealt with.
Almost immediate (and helpful) response as opposed to the usual automated responses from other companies.
