First time buying, made it super easy, and included activation instructions for my product.

AKGamekeys tried very hard - and very nearly succeeded at getting this review removed. I am pleased to state they failed.

AVOID AkGamekeys at all costs. Dishonest bunch of shysters who use misleading imagery and language to lure you into a cheap price for (in my case) subscriptions to online gaming channels.

AKGamekeys point blank refused a refund when the issues were pointed out to them and so far have to bring the matter up with PayPal rather than come to a reasonable Face to Face.

Can't imagine AKGamekeys would treat anyone else differently - so just BEWARE. I am an Xbox Ambassador - and I have to call bad performance out where I see it on behalf of my fellow gamers.

No part of this review is fabricated nor an exaggerated account of dealing with AKGamekeys. I have plenty of emails between AKGamekeys and myself to prove this. This review would not exist without a truthful and honest account of matters concerning dealing with this company - AKGameKeys. I have reviewed every single one of my emails sent to AKGameKeys - and I fail to isolate a single incident of abuse towards an employee - let alone multiple incidents. You lads really are trying to smear me in the worst light possible! Disgraceful!

AKGamekeys have also just requested my details via Trustpilot... either in an attempt to get this review pulled down or who knows what... yet as they say they don't know which customer is complaining. What have they got to be scared of the truth for?. I sorted that out by showing Truspilot the transaction data.

Although... come to think of it. As I was after a Six Month Xbox Gamepass... y'know for online gaming and stuff there are probably FAR more people I talk to everyday than are ever likely to read this review to make an informed decision.

All for the sake of a simple refund... from AkGamekeys which they say they offer on their website. Pitiful. Gives you some insight into the folks you're dealing with here. Just a pitifully short sighted response.

LOOK at the NEW pitiful excuse AKGamekeys are trying to get this review pulled down. Saying it wasn't a valid transaction. It's clear they know they're operating in the corners of shady - yet also they're trying to get any evidence of that removed from the Interwob. Disgusting behaviour. What next? Do you want to pop round my house and throw bricks through the windows too?

It's fine by me. If I can swerve one customer away from you - I'll consider my experience with you worth my £24.00 investment. Although the more the merrier that avoid you would be for the best really.

AND you know full well I'm a verified customer of yours. All you are doing is trying panic mode delaying tactics to get this review taken down at all costs... Most recently claiming that I was never a customer of yours... well. Of course I provided all that PayPal Dialogue. We've still got that ruling to go through. Who knows. I may well get my money back yet... And this will still be up here no doubt anyway...

Their Customer Service is a nil pointer. Leave them well alone and you'll have a happier gaming experience from it

NEWS JUST IN. I have been issued a refund from my brokerage. I paid via PayPal. PayPal decided the contestation of this transaction in my favour... So AJGamekeys are going to have their transaction voided.

EVEN MORE REASON NOT TO DEAL WITH THESE NASTY PEOPLE. THEY ARE JUST INTERESTED IN GRABBING YOUR MONEY AND WILL USE UNDERHAND WAYS OF TRYING TO DO SO.

They are a blot on the gaming landscape. More like a carbuncle. They use images of 6month GamePasses - and then hide the nature of the deal and what it entertains far, far away. Evidently they hope to pull in the genuine punter looking for a 6 Month Pass and tell him, "Your mistake... no refunds..."

Well guess what son. I just got one because I paid via PayPal.

Remember to double and TRIPLE check what you are being offered people. Otherwise you'll help charlatans like this exploit you.

ANYWAY. Some very good news indeed...

And what a shame this review will be remaining in place. All you had to do was the right thing AkGamekeys. And no one would be any the wiser about your despicable tactics, your bully boy attitude and the fact that you also lost a PayPal intervention. I look forward to my money no longer being your money. It's just a shame that you have to put some effort into getting Justice in this World. And the shame of it is you.

At least I won't be dealing with you in the future. And hopefully - it'll be a giant red flag to anyone about to use your service and then think, "Tell you what. I'll look them up on Trustpilot first." Only to see the first review is an absolute hammering.

Furthermore. Seeing as I was the first to review this company... I find the reviews following mine to be bogus and suspect... Offering Windows 11 Upgrades for cash?? It's FREE... What are they playing at?
