Been 11 days and still no shipping update for my gel blaster despite emailing them about it (I waited a week before waiting to email them about the shipping)

They replied saying that they would notify the team to ship by the end of the weekend but it's already been 4 business days (I sent them an email on a Saturday and it's now Thursday). No followup or care to give me any updates, absolutely terrible and very surprised by all the 5 stars given here.

They do respond to emails very fast though and are polite and willing to answer questions.

I edited my review to a 4 star as it's not AKGelBlasters fault that I was not emailed a shipping notification from UPS (after I emailed AKGelBlaster after 7 days of no notice).

I'm still docking off a star though as I was not initially given a shipping notification or update the first 7 days and I myself had to initiate the contact. Like they stated, they do seem like a smaller sized yet reputable company and so they have lots of orders I presume, I can not be too harsh.

Please remove the tracking information and thank you (and they did! So thank you again).

I've made three purchases from them and they've all shown up and are in good condition

Everything's good the advice was good seeing how I'm new to this I got the gel⁶ Blaster and some upgrades everything's good I just can't figure out how to put the rock hop up on it the service was good advice was good the items were good the upgrade Parts we're good fairly easy to put on and it works well and got here fast thank you very much

I was impatient and annoying in the beginning of the shipping process and they handled it extremely well, everything came as it should and I was impressed and more!! The only thing I could complain about it the clips are pretty small so I'm glad I bought an extra. Otherwise absolutely amazing

This is by far the best site I have ever ordered any gel blaster, part or gel balls from. The customer service is the best it gets.

They were quick at responding a silencer was missing and they sent it no problem but I will say for as much as I paid for the gun I would think it should work a lot better than it does

It is a great gun with free shipping and fast shipping.it works perfectly.the only thing that could make it better is if they made a drum mage for the gun

Delivered on time and included all items as indicated in the description for the gel gun model purchased. Battery had a charge to immediately test fire the gun and the SLR CBQ gun works great!

If you guys are really sending me a replacement drum for my Vector, then I'll submit another 5 stars!

The double drum mag that they offered with the kriss vector did not work at all and after looking into it, i’m not even sure that it is meant to go with the kris’s vector. I either got a non-working product or they are false advertising. The vector I got works though so that is good!

My experience is outstanding! Available at any time, fast responds, clear & kind communication. If I need another blaster, it‘s 100% clear to choose AK again
