Akiflow integrates my calendars and to dos very nicely. the daily routines it nudges you to are very helpful and the AI is the absolute best!

Akiflow has completely transformed how I manage my time, tasks, and focus. The UX is lightning fast, zero bloat, and actually built for people who do the work, not just plan it. Integrations are seamless, Gmail, Google Calendar, Todoist, Notion - all synced in real-time with no lag or friction. The command bar and keyboard-first philosophy is a productivity weapon. It’s one of those tools you feel in flow with the most.

And then there’s Jeson, what a legend! His support is on point: thoughtful, fast, and genuinely invested in user feedback. You’re not just another ticket in a queue. The product team is clearly listening and iterating fast, which shows in the pace of updates and how dialed in everything feels.

Akiflow has filled the gaps that my other task management apps had and meant my process was never smooth. I work across several businesses and personal projects and I can now finally bring them all together in one place. The onboarding experience is really amazing, the documentation is easy to work with, the apps directly help you getting started and the offered calls with a Coach also really help to know whats possible.

Game changer app for productivity and sanity!
The integrations with external calendars, emails, and slack work beautifully. Being able to quickly "Star" an email or mark a message in slack with "Save for later" and having it automatically being captured in your Akiflow inbox is fantastic.
I no longer have FOMO when opening an interesting website that I am sure I want to read, but don't have the time to do so. Quickly copy the URL to the clipboard and with the Akiflow shortcut panel I can create a task and auto capture the link for future reference. I have been using time-blocking so I carve out the time to get work done. Being able to easily drag/extend tasks as needed is excellent.
I also use Akiflow to schedule calls (even recurring ones). It is also possible to share availability, so other can open in a browser and select the slot that best suits them, and the meeting is automatically created and pop up in your Akiflow.

I am also loving the integrated AI assistant, "Aki". I can actually use the keyboard shortcut to start talking with it, even if not in English (works great with Portuguese! "Obrigado"), and it transcribes and acts accordingly - what a breeze!
I have been using some custom AI workflows as well and it works great! I highly recommend Akiflow!

I have started using Aikflow this week, and I am for the most part enjoying my experience. I do feel as if it has helped me get all of the tasks out of my head and onto a calendar so they can actually get done. The native integrations work great and are easy to use. I think the reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is because there have been more bugs than I expected to be for the price point especially on the mobile app. For example, I tried to create tasks on the mobile app and make them reoccurring, but it ended up duplicating the tasks and then when I tried to delete them it would not actually delete the duplicated tasks.

Additionally, when I first signed up using the web app had a lot of problem being able to authenticate and then being able to access the web. I came back to it the next day and everything seemed to be working fine. Not a great first experience, but what I will say is that if they can clean up a few things in terms of bugs I really do think they have a great product. More than likely when the trial is up I will end up subscribing.

I was also able to meet with Jeson and he gave me some good ideas of how to make the software work more efficiently for me, which was great!

Akiflow features are particularly well thought through and provide real incremental value to the user experience. I have found the statistics feature particularly useful in re-designing where I allocate my time. It is a highly useful way to interrogate what I am spending my time on in relation to what is most critical

I’ve been using Akiflow for a few months and I’m really impressed with how well it handles integrations. It connects smoothly with most of the tools I use daily - Gmail, Slack, Notion, and my calendar - without the usual setup headaches. The syncing actually works reliably, which is more than I can say for some other apps I’ve tried.
What I particularly like is Aki, the AI assistant. It’s genuinely useful for organizing tasks and suggesting better ways to structure my day. It’s not revolutionary, but it does help me stay on top of things without being annoying or intrusive.
The app brings everything together in one place, which saves me from constantly switching between different tools. The interface is clean and the workflow feels natural once you get used to it.
Overall, it’s a well-built productivity app that does what it promises. Worth trying if you’re looking for better integration between your work tools and some smart AI assistance.

Life-changing app! I use Akiflow to drive business task priorities. It's turned into a ritual, so I no longer have to worry about whether or not I'm going to forget a higher-priority task somehow. It's a beautiful brain-dump and time-blocker, too. I use Todoist for (mostly) personal tasks, but the beautiful thing is it integrates with Aki, so my habits and routines that relate to both personal/biz go into Aki, and Aki filters out the other stuff. Devs have been responsive to one issue I had, which is now fixed! No more leaving Slack conversations unread so you don't forget to respond to this one important conversation -- you simply save it in Slack! That little difference means the world -- I'm so busy that I don't have time to click on the Slack message -> export to our PM tool...all it takes is a simple save! Same with emails -- just star the email. A truly elegant product with potential to grow and be even more!

I was having significant issues with the iOS app.

I loved using the app on the desktop and expected to interact with it in the same way on iOS, but the issues made it unusable.

I was going out of the country and had all my plans in Akiflow, and not having to use the mobile app was destroying the experience.

So... I contacted their support team and got in touch with Peache. He was friendly, caring, and supportive in solving my issue. He put a lot of effort into trying to solve my problem and connected with the dev team to solve the issue. It wasn't solved after a day or two, but by the end of the week, when I went on my trip, everything worked.

The company is tremendous. I love their hard work. As a developer myself, I know this wasn't an easy, quick task, and their diligent effort fixed all the major issues that I had stopped noticing in the first place.

The iOS app works as you'd intuitively like, and I was very productive and had a great trip using their app.
