terrible customer service. didn’t like my frames, absolutely no response via email for a return.
The Akila.Market sunglasses 😎 arrived in a timely manner. They are awesome to say the least on my behalf. I have had 3 previous pairs of Ray-Bans and a pair of Maui Jim's. These glasses I would rate on par with the Maui Jim's for fit and quality. I highly recommend Akila sunglasses 🕶️.
I am a first-time buyer. I made a mistake on my order and immediately tried to call to correct it but quickly realized there's no phone # and the response to e-mail is very slow. I finally received an email saying I can't change my order. Bottom-line is I'm stuck with sunglasses I don't want. #zerocustomer service #buyerbeware
This company is a SCAM, stay away, They said its was delivered and there was no package, may be this is how they are screwing up customers, Stay away.
I bought a pair of glasses and have a simple address (my hotel) I was notified it was delivered to an alternate address but nothing else. Akila are ignoring my emails now
I ordered two glasses. One in yellow and other in Red.
I only got one. The one I recd is 4out of 10. They are charging $140 this. The items are shipped from China but kept in US too. The cost of making this sunglasses of acetate is $10 a piece. The seller did not even make a proper efforts to come up with a good quality sunglasses with proper thickness to make it sturdy.
Also I never received one pair in red and I emailed them as they don’t have a phone number 12 days ago. Never got any response
If you see there is a sudden rise of companies selling sunglasses all over US. It seems everyone is trying to tap this market and make a quick Buick.
I would caution all about this new scam . Since all these reviews are monitored using a platform, I will be posting this review on major platform.
I need them to ship me the red one immediately
