I don’t even know where to start with this company, they started off very polite and everything seemed legit. I brought a car only to find out I had been sold a death trap. Not only was I given wrong documentation for the car by the seller I was also lied to. The car had major issues and not to mention a safety recall. This dealer is not trustworthy and you should seriously have your car checked right after purchasing to ensure it’s safe !!!!

The service received from A & K has been absolutely amazing! Rectified car issue straight away. Will definitely not hesitate to use again as the customer service was honest and incredibly fast and honest.

Really helpful and friendly. Fitted us in at short notice and did a great job. Thank you!

I would like to thank the team at A & K for the service, price and quality of work they have recently done for me. I required a number of items done to my vehicle, including a full service and also my brakes and discs replaced. The job, time and price was fully explained by the friendly and professional staff at A & K.
It has been two weeks since my visit to them and my car is running perfectly with no issues.
Thanks so much for the service. I hope to see and use you in 3 months for my MOT.

They are con artists. I paid over 450 pounds for a set of brake disks and pads to be fitted at A&K. The father and Son did not have a clue how to change them. I went there as they could not do it and the father complained: "You dont know how difficult it is, do you?" and then the son said: "He does not care! does he?" referring to me! I did not say anything! I was paying over 450 pounds for god sake! After they struggled so much, they told me they finished it. I paid around 450 pounds and left. After a few days, the brakes seized. I took the car back and they wouldnt admit it was their fault. 4 brand new disks and pads! come on! I had to take the car to Mr clutch and pay another 500 pounds to get it repaired. It never had any issues since then. I have never forgotten that awful experience.

A great and efficient service with their staff always on hand to assist and explain issues.
