disappointed

I ordered an item (100000194) on Monday 20/6 using the first class quick delivery which is more expensive than the standard or second class post and it was only posted yesterday. No attempt has been made to give me a part refund as according to Royal mail I will only recieve it by Friday. That's equivalent to the pharmacies 3-5 day postage which I might as well paid for.

I do online shopping 95% of the time and parcels that I pay for using next day delivery comes the next day. This pharmacy is trying to blame royal mail.

If you do shop here don't choose their quick delivery service!!!!!!
