Delivery fast, wrong product
Delivery was fast , but wrong product. I ordered a combined Calcium/ Magnesium test and got a pure calcium test. Have ordered new.

Product i ordered was not in stock alltough stated on the website, resulted in long delivery time and dead Discus in my Aqarium.

Vi pakker for flere nettbutikker og en sjelden gang blir samme vare bestilt samtidig og vi blir da tomme på lager. Vi varsler alltid på mail/sms og vanligvis tar det få dager for oss å få ny varer inn fra eksternlager. Beklager at dette skjedde på din bestilling.
