AK Vibes has been my go-to crystal shop ever since they opened, and I honestly can’t imagine shopping anywhere else! When my previous crystal shop closed down, I wasn’t sure where I’d find high-quality, authentic crystals—until I discovered AK Vibes. From the very first order, I was hooked!

I’ve both visited their physical store (by booking an appointment) and ordered online multiple times, and every experience has been nothing short of amazing. The care and attention they put into their shop are truly special. When I visited in person, I loved being able to pull a random affirmation from a pot—it was such a thoughtful and uplifting touch that made the visit even more memorable. Their online orders are just as wonderful; every package arrives beautifully wrapped, and I always receive a little surprise gift, which makes it feel extra magical.

Hearing that AK Vibes is closing down honestly breaks my heart because I don’t know where else I’ll find such a trustworthy source for genuine, high-quality crystals. Their energy, passion, and customer care are unmatched. I truly hope they find a way to continue in some capacity because their presence in the crystal community will be deeply missed!

Excellent shop, service AND after sale - service! I bought the most amazing real natural crystals from AK Vibes, and I loved it that it’s an appointment only shop. I was with my friend and we have had the best time, feeling good around the stones, free to ask questions, and Ben touch the stones (that as far as I understood are cleaned every day). Kata was amazing - she gave us so many tips and information about the stones, their benefits, suggestions and even after service ( I contacted her to ask for a guidance on a specific matter). Definitely going back to buy more. Love the shop, love the service! Thank you!

The customer service has gone downhill since I last shopped here in 2022 after being a constant & loyal customer for two years (shopping both in store & online). I later found out that the business had changed their management in 2023.

My order took forever to be packed up and shipped. When I asked for an update on my parcel they defensively replied saying they are having a break for the summer holidays and that I should have checked the notice (which was NOT advertised)! I don’t expect people who work with crystals to be so rude and unkind let alone be completely unprofessional.

All of the correspondence with the company has been nothing but passive aggressive despite spending over £300. I feel so unappreciated by a company I used to love and respect.

I am so disappointed and I wouldn’t recommend shopping here at all which is a great shame!

AK vibes is just that "a vibe" a beautiful experience with positive and loving vibes. The crystals are of top quality and prices are affordable. I highly recommend this business.
