My experience was amazing, the service was really good. Response time was great! I had ordered a package deal to send it as a gift to someone. Since I was not in the UK, I had thought it would be difficult to send it as a gift… Fortunately, I got in contact with this company and they really helped me get this gift delivered on time enough for the person to receive it. The person really liked the gift as well as the everything in the package was well put and looked aesthetically appealing. All the scents in the package smelled different but really nice. I’m looking forward to personally buying it for myself in the future hopefully!!

Great customer service and excellent experience to try all of their range of scents and this was the best one so far but yes is hard to pick just one. Very refreshing smell and i had quite a few compliments since I bought it,definitely recommended and will be back for more in the future!

I bought a bottle of the Arabian Knight really great smell and really lasts much more than normal aftershave

This has to be the best Oud I have ever tried! I went for the Arabian Secret lasted me well over a month too! The compliments I received for how great I smelled was abit overwhelming but confident boosting haha! Highly recommend 5 stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

I came across this product by asking someone what they were wearing. That’s the unique selling point, the product sells itself. It’s such a unique, connecting and catching fragrance. Initially, I didn’t realise there were multiple fragrances. When I found out there were 8 I ended up buying 5 of them as I genuinely couldn’t decide which one I preferred. My wife loved one of the candles as well. Since wearing Al-Oud multiple people have approached me asking what I was wearing. The product is great. If I could buy shares in this company I would.

Came round my house and gave me a testers of all the aftershaves and candles they have to offer. They all smell amazing but amber oud gold did it for me 🤩

I absolutely love candles and have tried so many over the years. Al-Oud was highly recommended and so I was really excited to try it. I love a three-wick candle and this burnt so well and the smell is subtle, calming and really quite warm and sensual. Really lovely.

The smells are all so amazing and unique I was torn between 4 and purchased two will definitely be returning they are so long lasting!

The oils and sprays last so long, everyone is so helpful and you can get your own bespoke sampling session to try it out! Won’t go anywhere else for perfume 🫶🏼

My fave perfume! Never had so many compliments before, countless people have asked me what I’m wearing and said I smell so good when I walk past. Even when I have showered/changed clothes it lingers for days! The scents are beautiful my personal favourite is Moonlight. They’re not too strong when you apply as other oud perfumes can be yet they are so long lasting. I’ve had ‘Rose vanilla’ for a couple of months now and despite wearing it every day it’s barely made a dent in the bottle. 10/10 value for money literally need a couple of sprays and you’re good to go all day!

I don’t usually love Oud. However, after smelling the testers I was so surprised and fell in love with the oils! Fits perfectly in any going out bag too- perfect for a top up throughout the night! Really recommend

Been a long time customer of Al-Oud can’t recommend these guys enough always deliver quality products and great service. Very accommodating on pick up and drop offs always make time. Double pick up of Be Rouge and Rose Vanilla always get asked what it is.

From product to service level these guys have earned they’re 5stars, Adam held a smell test session with me so I could see they’re whole collection and see/smell the product first hand. Overall really happy with my purchase I bought KHALEEJ and MOONLIGHT which when worn together are really complimentary and long lasting, Sprayed myself Friday night and woke up Saturday morning still smelling of them which something that can’t be said for a lot of other fragrances. Can’t recommend these guys enough, will be referring family and friends.

What can I say, from customer service to the product just perfect all round! They took time to explain to me each product and was not rushed. I brought two candles for my partner for Christmas but getting home I was too excited to let her smell it and she immediately lit the candle and could not not want to wait until Christmas because it smelled so nice!Hard to explain the smell but it smell luxurious beautiful! Will 100% purchase more products!

Customer service is second to none. Great products. I bought the fragrance ‘Moonlight’ and it lasts long and is very strong smelling. The candle is perfect for my room and whenever it is lit my room smells so fresh. 5 stars
