The tracking details were updated on 21st Jan and later on 24th Jan, it showed the status stating the order is cancelled by the supplier. While calling I got to know it is glitch. I am still waiting for my order, I have no update on it, no response, nothing! Later after 22 days they offered to process a refund, got refund after 31 days. Basically just fooling us to use our money for 1 month without interest.

I ordered on july 23 and still didn't get any update related to my order..
Its been 12 days and no update of tracking and no response on email and calls

Worst Experience – No Response & No Tracking

I placed an order on March 17 (Order ID: #A21140S) with Alladin Shoppers, but after that, there has been no tracking update. I tried contacting their customer support multiple times, but they don’t respond to emails, calls, or messages. It's been days, and I'm still waiting for my product and a response. This is extremely unprofessional

I ordered aquagym gloves on Dec 28, 2024. No news of them ever since except for sending me the invoice. The gloves, obviously, have never been shipped and they do not reply on the phone and they do not reply to my mails.

I have ordered a product via order no #A20372S,on 24th Dec 2024,which i have not yet received, My innumerable ways to contact them have gone in vain . At least by this means of communication let them intimate me the status of my order.

It’s a fraud, I ordered bike leg cover. Still not delivered from last 10 days. They are not even picking up phone now

it been 10 days since i place order with them, there is no communication on dispatch status of order, no reply on phone and email. i have requested for cancellation and refund but no communication whatsoever.
