My partner and I recently got engaged and although I have seen the ring on the website prior to that, it just does not compare with how stunning it is in real life. When I saw it, I thought it was the most beautiful ring in the world. It is now being resized but when it’s back I don’t plan to ever be without it again! I had my engagement ring reset with more diamonds, I met with Mier who was brilliant. He listened to what I wanted, sent me the CAD designs so I could make changes before the ring was made and kept me updated with the progress. The result is amazing. I love the design, quality and service we received. We got our engagement and wedding rings from Alan Bick and came back for a slight redesign as it was a significant birthday and I decided I wanted more diamonds in my engagement ring rather than an eternity ring. I would come back again definitely - cannot recommend these guys enough

I had to get two rings repaired that had been cut off with a ring cutter. I booked an appointment online and was dealt with by Zac. The rings were fixed swiftly and I again easily booked a collection appointment with Zac. Reasonable prices for the repairs for items which were of great sentimental value & I'm pleased with my experience of using Alan Bick. Shall use again in the future.

Recently had to revisit for a repair as scratched the claw on my engagement ring and their service is still outstanding all these years later… reassuring, gentle professional and genuine customer service, with a very relaxed posh new office which looks wonderful and full of beautiful pictures of inspiring couple’s stories.

Bought my fiancés engagement ring from the London branch after a friends recommendation. I cannot recommend Alan Bick highly enough. Matt at Alan Bick is by far the best person in business I’ve dealt with, I first met him in 2010 where he made my wife’s engagement ring, since then he has done my wedding rings, eternity rings, repairs and cleaning of all jewellery. My lovely husband ordered an Eternity Ring from Alan Bick 13 years after we married. We actually purchased our wedding bands from AB all that time ago, so, we already knew the quality, value, service and overall customer service we would get.
Meir was absolutely fantastic and gave me some guidance on the ring. It arrived yesterday, as promised, and to say WOW! doesn't seem enough, it's absolutely gorgeous. The quality of the band and stones is amazing. I am very pleased and cannot praise Meir and the staff enough. If I have any more diamond requirements (I'm sure I must have!), we will certainly be back to them. Thank you all again.

Fantastic service from Meir Newman at Alan Bick. I had my eternity ring repaired and both my engagement and wedding ring resized. The eternity ring was quite damaged and it looks completely brand new now. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy and reasonable jeweller. Sarah
