I emailed the "info@" email address and asked if they could help with an issue; no response. I emailed the other email addresses; no response. I found a "query" pop up on the site and sent my query; no response.
Even if they don't want my job they could have the courtesy to let me know. I see lots of positive responses on here for them, but my experience was totally negative
Alarm expert provided an excellent service and fixed our alarm at a time which was timely and convenient to us and had been beeping incessantly following a battery change. No youtube videos could help. Friendly efficient and courteous service at a reasonable price.
Robbie is first class. I contacted him directly for assistance and he came out to see me the same day and helped me deal with the insurance company responsible for payment. He went above and beyond to help and as a female dealing with him directly he ensured I understood everything in relation to my system and did not at any point attempt to fob me off or misell me anything.
Excellent service and greatly appreciate his service and him being prepared to install on a sunday so I didnt have to miss work.

Alarm System Scotland restored the power to our alarm system and gave us a detailed explanation on how it works since we just moved in recently so the system was new to us. They were extremely helpful and we would recommend them to anyone needing their alarm fixed quickly.
Emailed in the evening as wiring cut through by joiner. Alarm Expert Scotland came out following afternoon and fixed wiring, replaced blown fuse and battery. Delighted with speedy response and professional service.
Fault with our Honeywell Accenta alarm system, Alarm Expert Scotland visited at the arranged time and repaired the system quickly.
After moving into our new home we found the battery on the mains panel was creating an issue - Alarm Expert Scotland, visited and changed this over for us. Only cost £90 and the communication were very good.
AlarmFast who has been taken over by Chubb now that installed the system wanted £110 Call out charge plus £40 for the battery - So we managed to save £60 using Alarm Expert Scotland.
Excellent communication. Explained everything and job was completed quickly with out any problems. Would recommend
