Fantastic customer service

Fantastic customer service. Following raising an issue with my alarm sim card they responded quickly, gave clear instructions how to check the settings and kept me informed every step of the way until the issue was resolved which turned out to be with my phone's network rather than the sim card.

Customer care As It Should Be

I had a problem activating the sim card for my intruder alarm so contacted the help address. If only all help desks were like this. They stayed with me through the whole process and were unbelievably caring, polite and, above all, friendly. An example to all the others.

Excellent customer service from the help desk.
Resolved my issues through patient troubleshooting and excellent instructions.
Great to have such a good experience as opposed to some of the horror stories you hear over help desks.

Great Back up when needed

I had a problem with my alarm panel & using email I was given good advice & resolved the problem. Also upgraded the data plan with the email advice without much problem. I am very please with the service & advice given.

Great service

After struggling with using my mobile to activate the alarm system and my installer not being able to help I emailed alarm Sim Card and it was sorted.
Emails answered quickly and with very detailed instructions I was able to reset it myself. All good!
