We booked our family holiday to Thailand with Alayadreamz staying in both Bangkok and Krabi and had an amazing time, Alliyah was so helpful with the booking process giving us excellent advice and choices for hotels flights etc. The real difference though was went things went wrong with our flights about a week before we left because of an issue outside of anyone's control, Alliyah immediately delt with everything from changing our flights to the next best available options, updating all the transfers & hotel bookings etc and dealing with everything. She also kept us completely informed throughout the process. Alliyah gave excellent advice and reminders on the new immigration process we needed to complete before entering Thailand which saved so much time when we arrived at the airport, she also checked in on us whilst we were away to make sure everything was going well. A true five star service I will definitely be using Alayadreamz to book my next holiday and would recommend her services to anyone looking for first class travel.

I had a wonderful experience visiting San Francisco and Las Vegas, which were both part of my bucket list. My daughter and myself visited quite a few places which was organised by Alaya. I gave her a rough idea of place i wanted to visit, (also my budget) such as the Gran Canyon and the Hoover Dam. Our San Francisco trip included a wine country tour, Alcatraz, to name but a few places. I was not disappointed she came up trumps with lots of money saving ideas and places of interests. She went over and beyond to ensure my travel plans went smoothly. Even when I arrived in the US she kept in touch to ensure our holiday itinerary was running as planned. I was really happy with the service I received and would not hesitate to use her again, and to recommend her to friends and family. Thanks Alaya

BRITISH AIRWAYS

Fantastic as ever

AMTRAK

Easy to use and very comfy to ride. We travelled with backpacks and were able to take these into the carriage with us.

BOSTON

We had no expectations here but were pleasantly surprised. The city is very walkable and very beautiful. Steeped in History.
The hotel was excellent. We had breakfast one morning in the hotel, which was a good meal for a good price.

NEW YORK

We saw everything we wanted to see here and made good use of the metro.
Time Square was a bit of a sensory overload for me, but good to see.
The Moxy Hotel was ok but I wouldn't want to stay there again, it's closer to a youth hostel than a hotel with very small rooms that have zero storage space. The bed was a small double, comfy but its position meant I had to climb over my husband to go the loo in the night. I think for single travellers or couples under the age of 30 this hotel would be perfect.

PHILLY

We loved this hotel, perfect for us. Philly was also a bit of a surprise. We arrived the day after they had won the Super Bowl so the city was 'on a high' which was nice.
Again we made use of the metro but the city itself is walkable.

WASHINGTON

WOW WOW WOW I loved this place. We used the metro a lot but also walked quite a bit.
We were given an upgrade to a suite which was lovely, and got free canned water as well as a coffee machine in the room.
We found some great places to eat as well.
Getting to the airport from here at 6 in the morning meant that we couldn't use the metro but we were able to order an uber which worked well.

CHICAGO

The hotel was lovely and we got 6 cans of fizz each day as part of the amenities package. No coffee-making facilities in the room but this was available 24/7 in the foyer.
Chicago was cold.....-20! we wrapped up well to explore. Would definitely recommend this city in the spring/autumn.
The metro here is very cheap $5 a day and we used this to get from and to the airport easily.

All in all a very successful trip, doing things we haven't done before. Travelling light was a challenge, but worth it, and the Amtrak is a very user-friendly mode of travel (even for us oldies).
Some of the metros work like London and let you use your debit card, others require an app/payment card but all are easy to navigate and we felt safe travelling on them.

We recently had the pleasure of booking our trip with Alayadreamz. We loved our Egypt trip. Amazing destination with great price of hotel, Activities for family and kids, and flight. Everything was well organised. I must say she is very professional and she knew exactly what we wanted , I would definitely recommend booking with Alayadreamz.

I booked my first travel plans with Alaya in Aug/24 to Paris. My travel plans was well arranged, good hotel, and she also booked my tours in Paris & London which was seamless. She definitely works for her customer and deliver good service. Would be using her again on my next travel for sure.

I booked a complete holiday package inclusive of flights, hotel and meals with Alayadreamz and I was completely satisfied with the service provided by Alliyah. She was very accommodating from the beginning as I was unsure of the type of holiday I wanted and changed my destination numerous times. It was very easy financially to be able to book a holiday through their agency as I was given a link to make payments toward the holiday months in advance. In addition to this, when I had changes to my reservation, alliyah was able to source the best prices for the change in my reservation. On the vacation, our return flight to Lindon got cancelled due to bad weather at the destination. Without asking, Alliyah volunteered to sort out compensation for my expenses and any other incidental costs associated with the flight cancellations. Speaking with persons at Alayadreamz was as easy as messaging an acquaintance that i had on instagram. I was pleasantly surprised with my experience with Alayadreamz and will definitely consult them for all future travel plans.

We’ve booked two holidays with Alliyah and the process was seamless with clear communication. She was always there to respond quickly to any queries and managed to get flight options to suit us as well as lovely hotels. Both were cheaper than booking directly with other holiday providers and she liaised directly with the hotels ahead of our stay to ensure everything was perfect! Would definitely use again :)
