We contacted Alba Blinds as the contractor who installed our awning was no longer dealing with the maker of our awning Weinor. The remote was not working properly and this had been the case for a few occasions before. I e mailed Alba Blinds on Tuesday evening and on Wednesday received an e mail asking for mobile no to discuss….did this Wednesday afternoon and received a call a few hours later to say they would be with us on Thursday morning at 9.00am if that was ok…..okay? Have never experienced such great customer service! But it did not end there….James who knew his stuff on the electrical side was great and within an hour had identified the problem (which was of the original installers making!) and had our awning working perfectly by 10.15am…..to say thank you to James and Alba Blinds I am writing this review in the hope that there business thrives.

Professional and prompt service. Nothing better than supporting a local and family run business. No job too big or small, James was very polite and pleasant when talking me through the process and options of choosing blinds.
