The WOW Kitchen

From the moment we walked into the Albany showroom in Bishops Stortford, I knew it was the right company for us. Although we knew we wanted a "wow” kitchen, we didn’t really know what style of kitchen we wanted. Luke the designer ,talked to us and immediately understood what we wanted, he mocked up a design for our new kitchen.
Between Luke and Gary, who has a very good eye for design and for detail, our PERFECT kitchen was created.
Since starting the work, absolutely nothing has been too much trouble, and I am sure we tested the patience’s of both Luke and Gary at times.
They were always available for any questions, nothing was too much trouble.
They liaised with our builders, who were doing our new extension to ensure all was going to plan before our kitchen was ready to be installed. The kitchen installation, went smoothly, the fitters were all highly experienced and a pleasure to have in our home.
After the kitchen was finished, they checked again to ensure that everything was correct. They corrected blemishes we couldn’t even see, because in Gary’s words, it had to be "nothing less than perfect”
The entire kitchen was fitted without any delays.
A couple of months on, everything is still outstanding.
We are totally delighted with their service, and their kitchen.
They certainly gave us the WOW kitchen we wanted.
Thanks to all at Albany
Regards
Alun & Maxine.
