After a delayed flight and late arrival on New Years Day, Park Ride and Fly was there for me after a long day of travel. My car was warmed up for me and ready to go. I would highly recommend this service to any travelers. Kind and friendly service at a very affordable price

We had an issue with a gun case (not enough locks on it) called and asked if the case could be picked up and put in our vehicle. The attendant came right back. In the mean time, the airline found another lock , so I had to tell him we did not need to put the case in our car, even though he had already driven back. He was very gracious and said no problem, have a great trip! We had flight trouble and ended up getting in almost 6 hours late...12:30am. Again he was very gracious although we were the final party he had to pick-up that night.

I wanted to talk to someone live however, over the 5 days I tried to reach someone I was referred to online booking only!! I had questions about weekly specials as I booked for 2 weeks plus one day. I feel I am being overcharged regardless of the fact I have AARP and without recourse. There was no one to discuss this with, no personal touch at all.There is a good chance that l will look for alternative airport parking.

I’ve been using the service for more that 30 years. It has always been excellent - timely and convenient.

We are living in difficult circumstances that have forced most businesses to modify their procedures. That’s fine and very understandable. One on the necessary changes Park and Fly has taken is to reduce staffing. Understandable. But that led to another change to shut down the system by which travelers advise their arrival by text - that would have been fine if travelers had been told that they needed to make a voice call. But we were not told of this change, and waited about 30 minutes for a response to our text message.

This is the first time I am using this service.
I had a lot of questions and Susan answered all of them. In between my calls to her she called to verify the time and day my flight was landing and that Park and Ride would be open. She professional, competent, and personable.

Great group. I was having my car picked up by a shipper. They knew exactly what to do. Good service, would use again.

I love Albany Park and Fly. I make my reservation ahead of time, and get a discount using the coupons that are emailed to me. When I arrive, I am greeted by someone who takes my bags and tells me which shuttle to board after checking in. Check-in is quick. Coming back is even faster. Today, I caught a shuttle that was just leaving the airport. But if I have to wait for one to arrive it's only a few minutes. When I get to my car, it is running and warm in the winter or cool in the summer. I've never had a bad experience.
