No delivery and NO communication
Unfortunately this company is going in a negative direction. In the past I always have been very positive about Albelli, but after my recent order for Mother’s Day, I am beyond dissapointed. My order was delayed without ANY form of communication, now I didn’t have a present for my partner’s first Mother’s Day. I am still waiting for my package and I had to contact customer support, to discover there was a delay from within their factory.. why is there no active communication about this??? Why do I have to contact albelli to get the information myself? LAST time I ordered something here.. there are a lot of competitors (and doing a better job at it) out there these days!

Disappointing low resolution photo quality.
good software tool to develop the photo book,
good delivery timing
but very disappointed in the image quality. Even though the images all were of high quality when uploading, and the software tool also indicated quality was good enough,
the resulting image quality was much worse than it was on the computer.
