Absolutely unacceptable service.

Absolutely unacceptable service.

Their online booking system didn’t work, but I was eventually squeezed in after stressing that my furnace inspection was a priority. Two technicians arrived—one rude and dismissive, the other careless and dishonest (lied about covering vents, leaving my home exposed to dust).

I paid over $450—double previous visits—yet the furnace inspection I booked was not even performed. When I questioned this, the technician argued with me instead of taking responsibility.
I contacted the office three separate times and was told a manager would call me back. No one has ever followed up.

This company clearly does not value honesty, professionalism, or customer service. Spend your money elsewhere.

Company could not fix problem and gave…

Company could not fix problem and gave up, I managed to find another company to fix problem so I asked for a refund. I also complained to the BBB. They have rejected my claim. They accept tjhe fact that they did nothing but said I must provide details of how I fixed the problem and who fixed it and what they charged. , I am rejecting this response because:

The facts are not in dispute. Company could not fix problem but charged over $300. What ticks me off is they just gave up during the service call and said I need a new Furnace/ac. I knew the A/C worked cause it would not shut off so it was getting a wrong signal or something. In any case they gave up and know they provided no service so I would like a refund. Their policy is not to stand behind their work. They have all the facts from their side. They know they did not provide the service I paid for so I simply want a refund. The overriding policy should be to stand by your work. Again they are not disputing they did not provide the service for which I was charged, Their policy seems to be I need to tell them how I fixed the problem and to see what others did and what others charged. Simply look at what you did and what you charged and say your sorry. I am not charging them for what others did or even that I bought a relay I did not need, I just want a refund on what they charged me for and failed failed to provide.

Sincerely,

Maurice Lennox
