The question was "What made your experience great?" One simple aswer - DALE!
He was our initial point of contact and was with us throughout the whole process - Nothing was too much trouble - He even called us to help with a small problem on his day off.
The removers themselves started in the small hours and finished gone 10pm - then had a two hour drive back to base. What a hard working team!

Totally recommended.

These movers went above and beyond expectations, the guys put us at our ease and were quick and efficient, very polite and friendly and professional too. I would certainly recommend them to anyone, they made our moving day go without any problems and smooth as you like. Thank you Albert Miles.

Dale was extremely helpful from the beginning making the process a lot less stressful than expected. On the day, the team were great! Professional and helped us with a few extra items.

I have to say that from being given the quote and booking in with a very helpful and attentive “Dale” I experienced exceptional service and the guys really alleviated the stress I was feeling for moving day. Dale was kind and helpful from the beginning; making the entire process smooth and quick. He answered all of my many questions and was there at every step. On the day, the gents were quick, professional and helped us with quite a few tasks.

Removal guys were waiting at the pickup point (a storage unit) well before time. They were courteous and very helpful and commenced the removals. We went on ahead to the delivery point.
All pieces were delivered without fuss and in quick time.
Price was very competitive and I highly recommend Albert Miles removals.
