Zero Star! My employer booked a minibus for mine an intercity trip. We were supposed to meet at Stratford. While I was traveling around London on the tube, the driver called me five times, constantly distracting me from my journey. Finally, when I arrived at the agreed-upon location, the driver wasn't there. The calls from him continued, as he did the accusations that I wasn't at the agreed-upon location. Then the driver saw me but continued driving in circles around Stratford. Then the taxi dispatcher called, demanding that I stand where I was. The driver was angry, threw my suitcase into the car, then grab me and push into the minibus. Then the driver started yelling at me that I was an idiot, that he couldn't pick me up there, etc. I showed him a huge ten-story car park for ten thousand cars where we could be met. To which he started yelling at me even louder and accusing me of not being a pro at English. Yes, I wasn't born here, but I have no problems communicating in England. This parking lot is located near Stratford Shopping Centre. During the trip, the driver was smoking in the car. We live in the twenty-first century. I've lived in England for ten years and constantly use Uber, which has no taxi dispatcher and drivers like this at all. Problems like this are simply unheard of. My request to disclose the driver's name was ignored. My mood was ruined for the entire day. Is this customer service?! If I were paying for this, I wouldn't even get in a car with such a driver!
