Be ware: this is not a fraud company. But it is worse. It’s psychological torture. If you like what you bought then great, but if you think you’ll be refunded- you might as well submit yourself to a mental health institution because they will suck your soul to the point of insanity. I still have not seen a refund for my case but they’ve done everything to stall, find loop holes, and make false promises. There is a different customer support “rep” answering every message there’s like 12 people I have spoken to over one refund. I have disputed this with my bank as I returned the dress and never got a refund which they scapegoat with their “policy” rhetoric. The moment I filed a chargeback they did an amazing job at convincing me to cancel it (truly my naive mistake), and now the torture continues. I have never had a nervous breakdown in my life but this company brought me to one. There’s so many beautiful brands out there, don’t waste your sanity for this designer and her circus. They do not care, and how these reps (if they are even real) go to sleep at night knowing they are torturing people who genuinely tried to support their business and put money in their pockets so they can feed their families. I take responsibility for reversing the chargeback out of good faith I should’ve just kept it since the bank gave me my money back, but I didn’t want to hurt the merchant- don’t be naive, don’t be honest, be smart. If they don’t refund you just file a chargeback and let them deal with it. Eventually with a high enough chargeback rate their merchant bank will drop them and they will be deemed too risky for many other processing banks. I don’t know how they haven’t gotten to that point yet with all these reviews but all a girl can do is hope. They have literally made me lose my mind and I will be filing a lawsuit against them. So just be aware. Yes you’ll get your product and yes they will be responsive. But they will not work to help you in any way. Bye bye $1K and hello to regaining my mental health back slowly.

LOVE MY ITEMS they quality is superb and it looks like the picture. The only thing is the hidden shipping fees you get in the mail later on from UPS and fedex. I received two bills one from ups for my dress for $86 and then fedex $228. I get extra fees bur not $200 no thank you. Please add in total. Love the clothes and customer service.

I am disgusted by this business and would warn anyone to be very careful when ordering from them.
I ordered a dress in October 2025 for my birthday and upon ordering on their website, even down to their whatsapp message service, it wasn't explicitly advertised that import fees were NOT included in the price of the dress. Other sites like BabyBoo and Meshki make this well known upon check out.
Upon the dress arriving in the UK in November 2025 and delivered by UPS, I was met with a £200 additional import charge on top of an already £400 dress. This was something I absolutely was not going to accept as I felt cheated by the company. Plus, other import fees from business based in further countries like Australia do not exceed £100, so £200 felt absurd!
I reached out to Albina Dyla saying I'm going to refuse delivery, and magically, they offered to pay the WHOLE import fee. I very nearly gave in, but something was feeling off about this whole thing, so continued to refuse delivery.
Albina Dyla accepted this and managed to get a package tracking number from UPS. However, their communication had dramatically dropped now that I was no longer keeping the dress. Since then, UPS has failed to return my dress in what looks like a 'lost in transit' situation, which I understand if out of the companies hands. However, I've fully paid for the dress and Albina Dyla are showing NO interest in contacting UPS to get the package returned to them in Kosovo.
I mean, why would they, they've received their money for the dress so wouldn't care what happens now. It's now February 2026, I have messaged and emailed about it and all I keep getting is "UPS take long", "we have contacted UPS" - but no actual updates. What is your policy for the courier losing the package?
I will never buy from this business again as its been more hassle than its worth.

Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. I was explicitly assured that my dress would be delivered by a specific date, despite them knowing that this would not happen. This was clearly done solely to secure the payment, with no regard for the customer.
The dress did not arrive on time, no responsibility was taken, and no concrete solution was offered. As a result, I lost money and was left without what I had paid for.
This is not the first issue I have had with this company. On previous purchases, I received dresses with a broken zipper and multiple loose seams throughout the entire garment. Despite these clear manufacturing defects, the company showed no concern whatsoever and refused to refund or compensate for the mistakes made by their own tailoring department.
I have completely lost my patience with this business. Their behavior is misleading, dishonest, and highly unreliable. I strongly advise anyone to avoid this company, as I will never recommend their services and deeply regret trusting them.

I don't recommend dealing with this company if you value your nerves. The quality is incredibly cheap; all the parts break as soon as you put the dress on. When problems arise, customer service is completely unresponsive. They post comments here claiming to be willing to accommodate and resolve everything, but in reality, they're impossible to reach by phone and unable to address the issues. Once you've paid for your order, you're no longer relevant to them.
