Order the heartbreak dress

Order the heartbreak dress, it was pretty long heavy soo i had to do some adjustments. I did realize later that in the website the dress has a zipper not with a corset back.
Also if you are ordering from the US you will have to pay the Tariffs separately something that they do not communicate with you on top of the dress price. I emailed and message them no response

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. The sales associate her name is Dietare Kryeziue. I specifically emailed to her about getting the dress I wanted on time, she confirmed that it will be delivered by that date. That was a lie, and on top of everything I have to pay an additional fees to get the dress which I was not aware of. This company will lie to you just to get your money. Stay away, sadly they’ve lost a customer.

Still waiting

I placed an order for a dress for an event to attend… Someone sent me a message with a picture of my “on “dress which did not look like the picture on the website… I requested to cancel my order. They tried to convince me to keep the order and that the dress is beautiful! I again said I would like to cancel the order. They then replied it said that my order was indeed canceled and literally the day later I received an email stating that my dress had shipped to me! I then contacted again said that I had requested to cancel this order. Why am I seeing a shipment tracking? I am still waiting for my credit back for a dress I never received and refused!

Refund issues

Am updating my last review because Eriola have managed to solve the issue and refund me the amount after such a long wait and no response , Eriola was very nice and professional and managed to sort out the issue which is why am changing my review to 4 stars from 3 .
Old review :
I’m only giving 3 stars because I truly love the dress itself; however, my experience with customer service was very disappointing. I ordered the dress in July for my cousin’s wedding and provided my exact measurements, both in writing and through a video demonstration. Despite this, the dress arrived in the wrong size—at least two sizes larger than what I submitted.
I already felt something was off when the dress was shipped the very next day after I placed the order, which made it clear that no adjustments were made to my measurements. On top of that, I had to pay $200 in customs fees, which I was not informed about beforehand.
When I contacted customer service, they initially apologized and told me it would be best to take the dress to a local tailor, as sending it back would cost more in shipping and customs and wouldn’t arrive in time. They assured me they would refund the tailoring costs since the sizing issue was their mistake, especially after I repeatedly asked if they could adjust the dress themselves.
Unfortunately, five months later, they have completely stopped responding to me. Despite multiple promises and assurances that the refund had been processed, I have received nothing and no further communication.

Delayed refund

If a refund is due, you need to wait a while before you get your refund. I was lucky to speak to Tensor that resolved the issue in no time, very professional and extremely helpful. The business needs more people like him.

Ardenisa was so pleasant and sweet

Ardenisa was so pleasant and sweet. I came to find my reception dress and had been stressed not being able to find something I liked with not much time to spare. She helped me try on several dresses to find the perfect one. The dresses are amazing hand made quality. I know this designer will have a massive showroom soon so if you’re thinking about going with designer I would do it asap. I was even given a garment bag and sheer shorts for the dress.

was a bit nervous to purchase such an expensive dress, so I did my research first and found great reviews. I contacted the company through WhatsApp and Instagram, and they were very responsive and helpful, answering all my questions and giving me detailed information about the dress. I told them when I needed it, and they promised it would be ready on time. During the process, they even sent me a video of the dress being made. Amazing!!!

Amazing company! Probably the best customer service iv ever received. I ordered a dress for Christmas Day. When it arrived it was too small so I sent a return request and it was accepted instantly and they sent me a return label. I was offered an exchange but I didn’t think I could get the old dress sent back and a new one sent out on time. They started making my new dress straight away and shipped it to me the same day I sent the old one back. It arrived today and it is stunning!!!! Will absolutely be ordering again. Thank you. ❤️

This company is fraud.
I sent back my dress within 2 days of receiving it (which was TERRIBLE quality and did not match the description on the website). Its been over 2 months since my item was delivered and no refund has been processed. They only answer emails when it is about inquiring to purchase.
