Appaling!

They didn’t show up!
I had a confirmation email but that obviously accounted for nothing!
I had booked a taxi for 4 am to go to Luton Airport and had requested a prompt pick up. Once they were 10 mins late, I tried to call but the phone went dead. After 25 minutes I had to resort to calling a family member who kindly dragged themselves out of bed and came to pick us up. All very stressful! I’ll never use this company again. Their flashy looking flyer that came through the door means nothing!
