Never again!
Advertisement said delivered in two days (even on the weekends!). I ordered a week ago & just now got an e-mail that it's on it's way. I need it for a birthday which ofcourse is long over, showing up with empty hands. Never again!

Don’t bother ordering from here
Don’t bother, small bits of pointless plastic that take forever to arrive !
Took 25 days to arrive despite saying 10 working days, so missed the Christmas gift that it was intended for. Then there’s nothing on the tags, my sons tried to upload it as per their instructions and you have to download an app and play it from there so the tags themselves are pointless.

Christmas Gift Not Arrived
Hi this still has not arrived although I had an email from them to say it would arrive between 1 and 4 days on the 28th December. I have now asked for them to return my funds. We will see.
I ordered 6 tags for my grandson for Christmas on the 6th December, it is now the 27th December and still nothing. Just a generic email saying the same thing every time. The order will be with you within 10 days.

Slower than advertised delivery and tag not uploaded
Ordered two orders within minutes of each other. One arrived one hasn't. Website shows delivery will be within a few days but then when you chase up you get a generic reply saying it's coming to UK from Europe and will take 10 working days.
Worse still the tag that did arrive (whilst cute) was blank. So it was left to me to download instructions, including two apps to make the album tag work. Really disappointing. They obviously don't bother uploading the info on the tags as how to 'fix it' was in the generic email too.
Will update if the other order ever arrives
