The poor labelling caused one of my luggage to be lost! Chasing my lost luggage with them took for weeks! Then getting a decent compensation took for years and until now I didn't get it!
They are not trust worthy and don't give customers thier respect.

Used Alburaq in Birmingham to ship personal belongings to Bahrain. The boxes were delivered on time and in good condition. Was communicated regularly on status. Great customer support

Negligence and misrepresentation
I used this agent to ship my belongings. All were new stuff bought from expensive places like IKEA, Holland and barrett, Amazon and I did have very precious memory items sent to me.
This agent company which deal with AMI lost my belongings and took them several months to agree to give me a compensation.
The agent dealer was not following hard enough to get my rights from AMI. It took the dealer few months to succeed in getting a response from AMI baring in mind both parties have contract laws between them; and if the dealer i.e. alburaq saw misconduct from AMI they should of reported it and valued the customers rights.
ALERT -tip- the freight agent you deal with ask them do they ship with AMI airmenzies company if they say YES they do! then Turn the offer and look for a new agent or a freight company.
I strongly dont recommend anyone shipping with this company as they are not to trust with anyones belongings.
I'm in court process with them and will get full compensation as they are refusing to get back to me and they are fully liable to compensate me.
