AVOID! Huge lack of professionalism and disrespect shown by the lettings manager, Branch manager and worst of all the director who we have now found out is the father on the branch manager. Myself and my partner have been let a lettings property by the Canford cliffs office with no working shower, no kitchen extractor and the kitchen window broken, broken toilet seat and lastly that the flat is run off a key for the electricity which never advised. When taking this up with staff, aside from being ignored in emails and having to go into branch and having the branch manager laugh in my face. We got advised by the director of the company to stop harassing his staff. Which as I’m sure you can imagine we have been appalled by the lack of professionalism and respect by the firm and in future will be making sure everyone is aware of what the company is really like.

Speaking as a landlord, they offer a great service. Quick to respond, very helpful and professional.
