staff seem to have a very negative…

staff seem to have a very negative reaction if you ask for help and that is not a place i will ever spend another penny and neither should you. cheap shops care far less about the public and this is a prime example. I saw a man forced out just because he was clearly in a foul mood at the store on Sunderland h
road in Gateshead a few month ago and the security staff sided with the staff member and ejected the man without knowing what was going on. these places are here for us not the other way around as they seem to think. another brand from another country that fails to respect our country and takes us for granted. one thing all the chain of stores have in common is the beggars outside constantly asking for spare change but even though they stand outside in the cold Aldi does not even offer our homeless people food or a drink that it puts in its bins.

No point in having self service if not open

Popped in for 5 items because they have the quick tills you use yourself, only to find they were not open because it had been quiet! Took me about 15 minutes to get served as everyone else had massive trolley fulls. They should be open or no point in having them. Next time I go for a quick shop, it won't be here

The Aldi's store is Punxsutawney Pa is an uplifting experience. The girl at the register greeted you with a smile and was very friendly asked if there was anything I could not find. She was fast efficient and made you feel welcome . The food is at good prices and the vegetables are fresh. No need to shop any where else!

I give 0 stars for Aldi express in Dalston

This store security is blatantly racist and ignorant I work locally I have come into this store multiple times after work in my uniform and also out of my uniform and I am constantly followed around (I’m a black young woman by the way) I have had to ask the security on two occasions why he’s following me around the store and I am met with silence then he walks off, my mother also shops in here and has had the same experience up to the point where she was accused of stealing after she had just payed for her product and the security saw her pay for it and again my mother was in her work uniform which states the company she works for in bold writing across her shirt and fleece, this store security has associated thief’s with being black and it definitely shows they are not subtle about it at all I suggest to be very careful going into this particular Aldi if you are black as you will be targeted even if you are in any type of uniform. Will no longer be coming into this store we will now go to our other local store in Leyton as this store security knows how to act accordingly to paying customers.

Aldi St Austell Cornwall rude and incompetent

An unpleasant store at the best of times but this was the final straw and never again. Surly "blonde" assistan just walked off and left us waiting at the till for a considerable time and on her return made no attempt at an apilogy. Not the first time we have encountered rude staff here

I am sick of receiving paper leaflets in my mailbox

I am sick of receiving leaflet advertisements from ALDI every week in my mailbox, though the official sticker on my box shows prohibition of receiving advertisements! This has a opposite impact on the marketing success because, for example, I am getting reluctant to shop from ALDI anymore as it is not respecting my privacy. Moreover, considering the amount of paper that is being wasted by such an advertisement, ALDI shows NO attention to our today's environmental issues that is a negative point for any business. In 21 century, such kinds of advertisements should go digital (as this is the case for many other businesses) and it is strange that ALDI still sticks to the old-fashioned and environmentally harmful way of marketing.

Everyone's a thief in aldi leamington…

Everyone's a thief in aldi leamington spa, Apparently! According to Aldis new shopping policy! Which I asked for a copy of, for this review! The checkout guy asking to check my empty bags for life, before tilling up my food, even though he saw me opening and putting them in the trolley! Had I not been dehydrated and getting a headache, I would have left in disgust without buying the food, I only went there as a one off for food, as I only usually every now and then go have a mooch in the middle isles for a bargain lol to add insult to injury the food isn't great but yet the same prices as sainsburys, tescos and asda and the veg was old and partly rotten, never again will I waste money at aldi. Their excuse is, some filled a bag with chocolate and tried to hide it, and they didn't report it to police, I disbelieve that 10009%.

There is field for improvements

There is field for improvements. Bought some products from Aldi and got home. I started to cook some food and noticed the chicken breast was open from one side. Not too much, but it was unpleasant. Would like to see a bit more attention to the products.. Overall good store
