Excellent quality of goods. My family loves the produce, especially the jalapenos. The prices save my family of 6 hundreds of dollars each month. The treat their employees well too.

I really enjoy shopping at Aldi. They have great prices and high quality food.

Rapidly going downhill with deleting healthy food options. Varied stock at different branches.
Slowly going back to stores that actual have items on their shelves.
Spending less in Aldi, going back to the competitors and when the big orange place opens up a megastore, don't think I will stay loyal.

I called Aldi’s customer service on Sat 10 th April to check that the item I wanted would still be on sale the following day ( the egg chair) I was told a defo YES...and that they would go on sale any time after midnight....So like a idiot I looked and looked for the next 24 hours...although being advertised as coming on sale on the 11th still so products to buy.
I called their help line again today ( Monday 12th) to be told there was a glitch...
All available stock went to customers the week before!!!
So not only were they never going on sale on the 11 th ..Aldi still maintained they were available.
I honestly feel Aldi need to smarten their ideas up and not dupe their customers.
As of This morning 12th goods were still being advertised as available from 11th....
I asked to speak to a manager and was basically told it won’t make any difference.....
I was told it’s due back in stock on 29th so I asked
I asked to preorder said item, No ,that’s not possible....But that’s why there’s no available stock now?
Totally disgusted.....

Great prices and excellent customer service especially in Mableton, GA.

I have been an Aldi customer for years and recently used there online service with home delivery.

I was beyond satisfied with every aspect. I placed the order at 9 am and had delivered by noon, while receiving text updates throughout.

The app was easy to use and my order was selected perfectly.

I recently went in the aldi in the north west
This is where i normally go for my weekly shop. As i walked in the smell of the toilets made me feel sick. I then proceeded to see what had been in them. I then saw a brown stained pair of underwear sitting there invading my nostrils. This is not what i wanted my family to see. I did put this matter to customer service. I was surprised to hear them announce it on the tannoy.
They did remove the pair of underwear and i got a free gift voucher. ( I didn’t buy any underwear with it if you. was wondering)

I was shopping in the Hazel Grove, Stockport Aldi today and was concerned when another customer came far to close to me at the checkout. I asked her to keep her distance and she became very abusive. What happened next completely amazed me. The cashier sang happy birthday at the top of his voice and stated that’s much better. I responded by reminding him he should be sorting this to ensure our safety, he just carried on singing at the top of his voice. I just wonder what sort of people do Aldi employ they obviously do not care about the welfare of their customers and concerning themselves with trying to stop the spread of Conavirus I think it takes more than a “green light” at the entrance!

been a loyal customer for years and loved your goods but come on whats happened in the wine dept? never had a bad bottle before all the recent changes, now not had a good one..

Aldi's is our primary source for groceries because of a combination of quality and price.
I put Quality before price because we have found their fresh produce to be as good as it gets. Period.
The same is true for most of their store brands in all departments. And with Christmas coming, look for their cookies that come from Germany !! You can't go wrong shopping at Aldi's !!!

We have been shopping at our local Aldi for the past few years. The one here in Selden New York and this store is phinominel. Not a single store anywhere near us has these prices. Even when the line to check out is 10 people deep you will see lightening speed at the checkout. Thank you Aldi for the impeccable service and prices. Your team of employees is absolutely remarkable. We save over 30 percent when compared to even Walmart prices at Aldi.

The staff are wonderful, they have done everything in their power to make the store safe for everyone. Great social distancing measures in place.!!!!!

Aldi Louth Lincolnshire the store has been turned around absolutely fantastic you can see hard work has been done my all the staff. I only popped in for a few bits small trolley over loaded. The lad on the till said don't worry I will get you a large one so he did manners were impeccable, I only wish I had got his name he saved me squashing my food it is over a 20 mile round trip and worth every penny 😉 also they have brought back the round sweet chilli chicken pitza's back well done all store looks stunning a big thank you from me

Aldi has come a long way since they opened their stores here in the US. They boldly opened many stores with great prices and deals while still struggling to fill their stores with new suppliers. Well, their hard work has paid off. I remember people thinking that their products were meh but still would find more and more go to items. Now, they have come a long way and for healthy foods and great produce at great prices, it's a No-Brainer. They have come full circle and I can't just run in for a few things without going down the promo isles for some crazy amazing deals. I love Aldi and can't wait to see them grow into larger stores like in the UK.

There's a good range of products but what I don't like is a lack of self service checkouts. I would normally choose a store with self service over Aldi even though Aldi is closer simply because I don't want to queue up behind huge trolleys with my few items!.

The best thing to ever happen in groceries for consumers who want quality items at fair prices. The only thing upsetting is how they've proven that other grocery stores have been screwing all of us over all these years. I would say my family was spoiled by the items we used to get at our "high-end" regular store and I was concerned the quality at Aldi wouldn't compare but Aldi has been top notch all the way!!! I've almost wanted to keep it as my own secret but everyone deserves to be in on this DEAL!!!

My Aldi’s, is always neat & clean. I LOVE the prices & merchandise. I love the insta cart return & the counter they have to pack up yr merchandise before leaving. I recently bought some “bagged APPLES” & some “FINGER GRAPES” and I was deeply happy with the QUALITY & the SWEETNESS of them!💃🏽 I’d NEVER in all my years seen such odd looking grapes b4! They were 2”; in length😳 and looked very odd. But, I took a chance & cannot wait to pu more. The coffee sucks!🤣 but if you use enough of it🤣 it might give you the wake up you Nd! The checkout lines Nd some improvements! The registers do not align with the isles, so you find ppl walking in front of you or you’ll find that there maybe 3 different lines for the same register🤦🏽‍♀️😖. But, at least the aisles are nice & wide. Read yr receipts, the balances aren’t the easiest to interpret like other stores. Esp. If you use more than one form of payment. The price labeling could use some work (often not above the item yr looking at. OVERALL, I’m very happy
