Discusting way to treat customers
We spent over £500 on a order . We ordered 12 days in advance to make sure products are in time for a job. On opening the products on site the electronic mechanisms are damp inside the packaging. We are not going to put damp electronics in so wanted to return. Aldridge said we only have 10 days to return. What a joke of a company.

What a fantastic company, I have been setting up a Evva product I have had from them and needed help twice over the phone and the guy That help me was Phil Ballantyne what a really nice person and very very helpful and lots of knowledge and time to help me I am really pleased I found this company every one is really helpful

Yet another undelivered order
Yet another undelivered order. Place an order on Tuesday for delivery the next day. Overnight delivery is not guaranteed which I understand. Got a confirmation email from fedex telling me it would be delivered the next day before 6pm. Waited in all day. Called Aldridge at 5:30pm only to be told that it wouldn’t be delivered that day. When I asked when they knew, I was told that they knew in the morning but didn’t bother telling their customers. I also turned down a job as I was waiting for the delivery. I get better service when I buy an apple pie from McDonald’s. Pathetic. Second delivery on the trot with the same excuse.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE HAVE HAD PROBLEMS ON LAST FEW OVERNIGHT DELIVERIES NOT GETTING TO ME THE NEXT DAY EVERY TIME I GET A DIFFERENT EXCUSE LIKE IT WENT TO THE WRONG DEPOT THE COURIER HAS LOST THE PACKAGE ETC BUT NEVER ANY REAL APOLOGY OR OFFER TO DELIVER ON A SATURDAY IF NOT DELIVERED ON A FRIDAY AS PAYED FOR CONSTANTLY HAVING TO LET MY CUSTOMERS DOWN BECAUSE OF THIS AND WASTING TIME AND MONEY HAVING SOMEONE WAITING ALL DAY FOR A PARCEL THAT DOESN'T SHOW UP. TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT PACKAGE DOESN'T GET TO YOU FOR AT LEAST TWO OR THREE DAYS. AND THEN YOU GET SPOKEN TOO LIKE YOU ARE THE PROBLEM BY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Great place for locksmiths.
Aldridge are great. They're probably the largest suppliers of locks and security products in the UK. The service could sometimes be inefficient but overall a great place to know if you are a locksmith in the UK.

Wouldn't recommend
I wouldn't recommend as the company cannot track their stock they sent me 1 item out of 2 and apparently it seems that they can send the item from another warehouse but of course that is no good if your a locksmith with other plans.
All the person could say on the phone was all I can say is sorry, well next time perhaps trying to appease a customer with a little more help.
Ruined a day with my child and cost me about a £100.
