I will not be ordering from Aleenacosmetics again. There are several reasons. First, the unprofessionalism — when my order was delayed, the reason given to me was that they had Eid. How is that my problem? On top of that, I was blamed for buying items that were out of stock, even though the website let me place the order.
The site also advertises free shipping over $35, which was not honored. Prices are overpriced, and sometimes I’ve received smaller products than what I paid for — I ordered 25g and was sent a smaller size.
Not a reliable experience overall.
Never going to buy again the products are not genuine, the response from Aleena is very late. The products are different from the pictures.
Bad service, bad product, bad customer service doesn't care for customers, we are not buying it free we are paying from our pockets.

Not legit just takes ur money you cant even check on your supposed order or account because it take you back to the product and clicking on their socials does the same it was obvious something was off based on how the website looked
