They had a tiny discount on the stupid shorts I bought and if the item was bought on the smallest amount of sale, you can only return it for store credit.
I will not buy from this stupid company ever again.
I have been a loyal Alemais customer for a few years, however, a recent experience has led me to stop giving them my business.
I ordered a jacket, which by the way, took over week to receive since DHL is now using Amazon delivery drivers in San Francisco. The jacket was a size too large, so l ordered one size smaller. The problem began when l tried to get a return label for the larger jacket.
I was unable to access the returns portal using three different browsers. I finally contacted their customer service team via email to make a very simple request that they please email me a return label. There was a lot of wasteful back and forth and they still refused to email me a return label!
I am currently one week out of surgery for a broken wrist and due to Alemais’s lack of help, l will now have to get an Uber to the DHL depot( an hour away from my home), pay for the shipping back to Australia, and then deal with the fight back for them not receiving it at exactly fourteen days after delivery.
I have never once been denied a return label by any company until now! Be very leery of this company who has complete disregard for their loyal customers!
