Painful
Painful administration - very few on the admin team able to help proficiently - and replies by email indicated lack of training. Very painful website, very inflexible school. I applied for a course for 3 out of 4 weeks, when I had to attend some mandatory administration in ZH I asked to move some days and was refused. The teacher was amazing - that was the only positive thing.
The rooms are cold and poorly furnished, we were at one point put in a room too small and with a plug in heater.
