They don't solve the problem and don't give satisfaction.

I'm trying to contact the store where I bought my glasses online and I can't. They don't solve my problem. I bought a pair of glasses and it's past the delivery date. I contact them by email, they started and answered and then answered more. The carrier they sent also does not give satisfaction and does not update when they will deliver the purchased product. I don't recommend it and I won't buy anymore. I need an answer with the solution.

We have been investigating the situation with UPS and, according to the tracking records, the package encountered an 'Incomplete address' status on January 28th. Following this, the logs indicate that a request was made to reschedule the delivery, which took place yesterday, February 3rd, at 9:02 A.M.

We understand there was confusion regarding communication from the carrier. Our team has aimed to provide updates within one working day, but we truly regret if the information felt insufficient while the investigation was ongoing.

If you have not physically received the parcel despite the 'Delivered' status, please contact us immediately at info@alensa.ae so we can open a formal dispute with the carrier. We want to ensure this is fully resolved for you.

⚠️ Be Careful Before You Buy!

Don’t purchase if you’re unsure about your size — returning an item is very inconvenient and costly. You’ll need to pay 126 AED just to return a product!

I bought a Versace sunglasses, but it turned out to be too small. I wanted to exchange it, but the return fees are too high, and the process is full of complicated instructions — such a hassle!

Think twice and make sure of your size before placing your order.
