Upon reviewing the official prescription you provided, it was clearly identified that there is no mention of presbyopia, yet you proceeded to order multifocal (presbyopic) contact lenses.
The discomfort you experienced is purely a result of using lenses that do not correspond to your medical prescription. We always cross-reference data when issues arise, and in this instance, the mismatch was entirely due to your selection, not a "false product."
